Welcome to Cozy Cub Cottage! This Pigeon Forge cabin is nestled in a wooded setting in the beautiful Bear Cove Falls Resort. When you stay with us, you are only 5 minutes from Dollywood and Splash Country and only 5 minutes from the Island and all the other great Pigeon Forge attractions.

If hiking or picnicking is your passion, we are only 20 minutes from the entrance to the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains National Park, one of America’s most spectacular national parks. “World renowned for its diversity of plant and animal life, the beauty of its ancient mountains, and the quality of its remnants of Southern Appalachian mountain culture, this is America's most visited national park”.

The cabin sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 King suites with full baths and a Queen over Queen bunkbed in the game room , there is also a ½ bath in the game room. Each bedroom, the living room and game room all have brand new flat screen Smart TV’s with Netflix. There is a walk in shower on main level that has a built in hand rails for your safety ....And for the girls we offer HEATED TOILET SEATS in all the bathrooms.
Enjoy comfortable recliners (4 to be exact) while sitting in our cozy living room and watching tv and enjoying the electric fireplace.

Unwind from the day’s adventures in our game room playing air-hockey, foosball, or any one of the 60 classic arcade video games….Pac man, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders etc… on our multi-game console or an old-fashioned game of checkers. You may wish to savor the day’s events by relaxing in our comfortable balcony chairs, porch swing, or hot tub.

Our kitchen is fully stocked for preparing your meals in the cabin, or cooking outdoors on the charcoal grill. If you prefer to eat out, you are only minutes from several great area restaurants such as the famous Old Mill Restaurant, Reagan’s House of Pancakes, Alamo Steakhouse, The Pottery House Café and Grille, Paula Dean’s Family Kitchen, Local Goat and so many more.

Cabin has full size washer and dryer on lower level for you to use during your stay.

Front porch offers an easy access ramp from our 3 vehicle parking area. Front door and interior doors on main level are 36" wide.

Bear Cove Falls amenities include a swimming pool (open Memorial day - Labor Day ), and covered picnic area with fire pit.
The Cozy Cub Cottage is a great place to create some wonderful family memories.

NO STEEP HILLS OR SCARY ROADS ...... You can see the road that lead to the cabin if you will go to You Tube and search for title "Your Drive to the Cozy Cub Cottage"

This cabin is protected by RING camera security system .

There is parking for no more than 3 vehicles..... 2 is preferred in order to keep turn around open.
