I have stayed here for work multiple times over the past few months. Definitely one of the cleanest nicest hotels in the area.

Originally a Grand Stay property. Staff need to dust, clean all windows and trash around parking lot. Liked adult swim and spa from 10p to midnight, nice ceiling design in room, and good water pressure.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and it was always great. This last time I was disappointed. I reserved a room with a spa tub and when we arrived we didn’t have our reserved room. They said I would have to pay like an extra $80-100 for that room. I know I reserved it through Orbitz and I think it is listed incorrectly there. So that was a BUMMER! Room was damp and musty and hot tub was so hot I burnt feet trying to sit in it. But the pool was nice and the front desk people are very nice. Breakfast was just okay. Probably won’t stay here again. It’s overpriced for the condition of the hotel.
The lady at the desk was always working to keep people happy and things tidy. She was very hospitable. We seen her early in the morning and late at night. Seems like she lives there. Can’t remember her name but she was wearing a walking boot to treat tendinitis. It’s getting more rare to see employees working hard. We appreciate her efforts.
Everything in the room, including the sheets and towels. felt damp. The a/c unit was not able to reduce the indoor humidity.
Managers and front desk was great. First room had an issue, but the hotel worked hard to make it right. Very clean, great location.
