The grounds of the hotel were not taken care of. Outside of our room it looked like they tore up and left to grow weeds on. When you walked into the front to check in, it looks nicely renovated until you look closer and see how worn and dirty everything is. After getting coffee from the Starbucks and waiting, you could see that the counters had not been wiped down and there was actually a fly stuck to some of the nastiness sitting on the counter. When ordering our coffee we had to ask for four different flavors because they didn’t have their shipment come in, highly disappointing. The room was a basic room, the bathroom had hair on the floor, in the sink and on the shower walls. Again, all in all, I would not ever stay here again and Marriott should be embarrassed at this hotel and their service!

Room was nice and met expectations. Bathrooms are a little moldy. I booked through Orbitz to include a breakfast with my room. Hotel staff wanted to argue that it didnt show up even though included room amenities read a Full breakfast, then tried to say that 3rd party apps such as Orbitz does not communicate such requests, even though ive enever had this problem with any hotel ever booked through orbitz. Dont waste your time

The courtyard could use a some landscaping help. Everything else was great.

ok so it's not brand new, maybe the hallways look a little old and the entry doors a little worn, but, it was great. Quiet, comfortable, and clean. And we were there for a few days, and the starbucks in the lobby was awesome. We would definately stay there again.

Here's a hotel that has clearly seen better days. It's rooms lack any decorative sense. Hallways are long and dreary. Marriot is too cheap to leave you even one lousy bottle of water in the the room or provide morning coffee in the lobby. Fitness room is not tended. All the details fall apart at this location.

Was everything we needed and close to family. We were there for a funeral, and we don't get to Rockford very often. It was as expected.

The new renovations and design at the Marriott Courtyards are well done and easily suited for business travelers. Across the country, I've been impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, free wifi and new restaurants/lounges. The cafe prices are a bit high, but still a good overall value and makes me want yo choose a Courtyard if it's an option where I travel on biz

This hotel suited my needs for my recent business trip. The walls were a little thin, could hear the noise in the hall but was happy to not hear the freeway. Good hotel. No free breakfast was a bummer.

The hotel has recently been redecorated. Very nice. Contemporary. Very comfortable beds. One minor complaint was that there were no towels in the pool area when we down for a swim. The staff brought them quickly once we made them aware of this. The other minor complaint was that the hot tub jets didn't have much pressure. Other than that our short stay was just fine. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and easy to get to and from. Breakfast buffet is a good value.

The concierge was very helpful and called to check and make sure the room was ok. The TV's are big, the fitness room is well equipped. I didn't try out the pool but it looked nice and goes up to 5ft. They have free coffee and tea in the lobby as well as a microwave in case you have any snacks that need heating.

no attention to detail & cheap on basic amenities

Business

Here's a hotel that has clearly seen better days. It's rooms lack any decorative sense. Hallways are long and dreary. Marriot is too cheap to leave you even one lousy bottle of water in the the room or provide morning coffee in the lobby. Fitness room is not tended. All the details fall apart at this location.
