Spent the night before flying out early, nice o have a restaurant and bar at hotel. Good food, nice not to need to leave property, weather was bitterly cold.

Staff was very freindly and helpfull, large rooms, and great offsite fitness facility usage.

This was a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The restaurant had good food. I would recommend this hotel.

Great room at a great price. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is the place to stay when visiting Rockford, Il.

The room was clean and comfortable with a lot of amenities such as TV, WI-Fi , Freezer and Microwave. The bed was comfortable and room was cleaned every day. However the air condition operation was very noise. The thermostat does not have an option to change air condition fan speed. The hotel staff was very professional and welcome. Overall the staying experience is positive.

Had a baptisim to attend in Rockford. Everyone was there and we all had an enjoyable stay, even if the roof was being repaired at the time. Everyone was courteous and the noise of jack hammers and other heavy equipment did not affect us terribly.

This hotel met all our expectations...clean rooms..friendly staff..along with many restaurants within walking distance. BMO Harris Center is about 15 minutes away so it's a perfect place to stay if your seeing a game. We will definitely stay here again

The Paris Hotel Las Vegas was awesome! Had a last minute bachelor party to plan and Paris hit the spot. Nice casino, nice staff, nice rooms, nice views...very nice overall! I'd highly recommend staying there, as it's right on the strip and very affordable compared to other 4 star hotels and right near everything!

rrelaxing nice ameneties wonderful staff wish i could have stayed longer

The hotel itself was great. The room was large and had a separate bedroom which I always appreciate. The room had a small dinning table and a bar area with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and sink area. One cool feature was the mirror in the bathroom. It actually had a TV built into the mirror. For all the great things about the room, it was the small inconveniences that darkened our stay. One, the TV in the bathroom mirror didn't work. There was no hair dryer, nor was there an ironing board. Maintenance brought us a hair dryer and ironing board but these are items that are supposed to be in the room and were just overlooked. Maintenance also came to look at the TV in the bathroom and found that the problem was a bad remote control so they replaced it. However, even then, we couldn't get it to change channels. We gave up and didn't call maintenance anymore. We were only there for three days and it felt like we were doing nothing but calling maintenance. Having said that, I can't say enough good about the staff. Absolutely everyone was courteous, professional, and seemed happy to help. The young lady at the front desk gave us some bad info on a side door being accessible 24/7 and when we got back to our room that evening, there was a voucher for a free breakfast pushed under the door with a note of apology for the mistake. Speaking of the restaurant, we were blown away by the cost, quality, and amount of food in the restaurant. We only had breakfast there but they were excellent. The chef came out to greet us and ask how our meal was. He chatted for a few minutes telling us how he prepared some of the items. I wish I could remember the waitress' name. She was a little dynamo. Great personality and tons of energy. She also pulled up a seat and chatted for a few minutes. She told us about all the famous people who have come through, #some would really surprise you#, and her stories were wonderful. The staff really did make up for the small inconveniences and I would stay at this hotel again.

Enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good too. Only disapointment was the SleepNumber bed....not comfortable at all. Other than that, a great experience.

Very busy, small bar, couldn't even get in the the door. Had to go to Ruby Tuesday's to get a drink. Pretty quiet at nigh and in the morning, Hate the sleep number bed!

I use a cane and our room was at the end of the hall. For the price, at least a continental breakfast should have been included.

Very goog!! The room was clean everything was very good

Stayed at this hotel while visiting town for a wedding. Got a great price from site which was way cheaper than booking thru hotel it self. Checking in the lady was great and nice, very friendly and got in an hour before we were suppose too. The room looked very nice and so did hotel inside. The bed however was the worst I have ever slept in. Could not get comfortable and was so excited to try a sleep number. Do not recommend one, but extra pillows were nice touch. Also the hair dryer did not work in our room and didn't have any extra on hand from the front desk staff. Also at check out the man was very rude and not friendly about printing a hard copy receipt after check out since room was thru a third party. Never had this problem in the past with check out.

The accommodations were fine. However, the staff attempted a bait and switch. I reserved for 3 adults and two beds. She said no rooms were available with 2 beds and that (3rd Party starts with an O) reservation terms are not guaranteed. After some discussion, she "found" a room with two beds. Because of this treatment, I won't go back. This was the first time I used (3rd Party starts with an O), and since they apparently can't deliver what I pay for, it is very unlikely I will use them again.

My friend and I got a hotel just for the night, and we splurged a little in hopes of getting some comfort--but the Radisson absolutely exceeded our expectations! The room was enormous and very beautiful, with lots of amenities such as a couch, reading lights built into the beds, fridge and microwave, and a large bathroom. The WiFi was also fast and reliable. Staff was friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay--we actually wished we had more time to spend there! We stay in Rockford several times a year, and we have definitely found our new favorite hotel!

My only disappointment for the weekend was the room service breakfast, which was mediocre and 30 minutes late, which threw off our schedule for the morning. Other than that, the service was amiable, the pool was clean and nice, the wifi was fast and easy to connect with... All in all, a decent value.

very nice and clean rooms, comfy bed, great location

We spent one night on our way from Michigan to Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Front desk was friendly and informative. They recommended a tasty Japanese restaurant. We plan to be there again.
