One of the cleanest, most comfortable, ugraded hotel rooms I've stayed in. I actually didn't want to leave!!! Great free breakfast included. Definitely have to do again.

A fine place I'd stay there again if in the Rockford area.

Friendly staff, they called up to room after arriving to make sure everything was agood and if we needed anytging. Cleanest hotel shower I've been in. Good variety continental breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. Didn't use the pool or workout room but was clean.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean / updated, pool area was nice. Lots of food options near by.

Stayed at this location while traveling for business. Easy access off the interstate and the location had many places to eat nearby. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is clean, breakfast is included and is good (coffee was more than adequate), plenty of parking and nearby places to eat. Room was comfortably sized. Pillows firm enough. Blankets just about right. Air conditioning didn't work very well. Setting temp at 72 meant room was too cold. Setting temp at 73 meant room was too hot. All in all would stay here again. Usually a lot cheaper than Hilton Garden Inn right next door.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was. The room was a decent size and staff were very welcoming and accommodating. However, we awoke to the fire alarm. I first felt the door, which was not hot, so we went into the hall and then outside with all the other guests, most of whom were in their sleep clothes or underwear. Two fire trucks came and the firemen proceeded to check some wiring. I was happy that staff called the fire department immediately; so, no one was hurt. We went back to our room and continued getting ready with the alarm still blazing; then, we left. It was an interesting way to wake up but as long as everyone was unhurt, it remains an interesting story we can tell.

The hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly, but there were some amenities that were missing at that price. It would have been nice to have a mini-fridge. We went to the Anderson Japanese Gardens, which is a very beautiful place to visit. It was an enjoyable trip, and the hotel was very nice.

Me and my husband finally it a date night and it was perfect the staff was great they helped me plan a surprise for him and everything! Great night sleep bed was super comfy and the breakfast wasn't bad either.

Staff here are excellent...small pool but adequate.

Good experience. Only one problem. We were given a handicap accessible room with no bath tub. For a handicapped person it would have been perfect. For us we desired a bath tub.

The staff was extremely friendly, room wonderful, no overpowering perfume in the room. Very comfortable..would have been happy to stay a couple of days!

Everything was perfect, the room, the staff, the location, i would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay.

Very Nice Hotel. Beds were hard to sleep in. Very good breakfast and was out earlier. This was a nice touch as we needed to get airport early in the morning.

Overall it was great. The staff was amazing. It was like a home away from home :)

We were in Rockford for a funeral and chose this hotel because of high ratings on several travel websites. Other family members were at a nearby hotel that was a bit cheaper but after the first night they switched to the Fairfield Inn and Suites. We had a king suite and our room was spotless and the bathroom just sparkled. Funky decor was fresh and modern! The breakfast in the morning had a nice selection of hot and cold items and was kept stocked. Noise from the nearby highway was not an issue. Nice hot tub and pool, though rather small. My husband used the exercise room and said it was fine. Convenient location, close to many restaurants and attractions.

I used the hotel just for a nice place to stay out all nite. I wish they had a bigger TV in the room. I would say this is one of the better looking Hotels in Rockford when inside but you cant smoke in any room w/o somekind of charge being assessed not really sure how much I appreciate or dislike since my GF smokes.

My husband and I had a great stay. We were in town for a funeral and we wanted to have a restful, cheerful place for our family after the services. Thank you for making what could have been a challenging time pleasant and peaceful!
