I wanted to like this place! It's right on the river, but I got a parking lot view that came with loud noises all night. The room had a sticky, dirty stain on the carpet between the beds. The shower had a hair on the floor. There was a rubber band on the floor from someones braces. I went to the restaurant for an adult beverage and the view was lovely. Sadly, the service was pretty lousy even though I was the only customer for at least 10 minutes. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was night. Overall, I felt like it was overpriced for what it was.

Staff was fine. Common area ( carpet) was gross. Door between our room and the next could not be locked on our side. TV didn’t work in bedroom and when I asked for help I was told how to fix it myself… which didn’t work. Breakfast room minder was very polite and attentive though we didn’t eat much.

Everything always stands out to me, I’ve been booking at this hotel for 5+ years and I’ve never been disappointed. Hotel rooms are always clean, spotless and never have a complaint.. very reliable very accessible. Anytime I need a room, I’m able to just get on here and reserve as I please.. building is always quiet never had a noise complaint.. my most favorite thing about the hotel is how spacious the rooms are! It brings me so much comfort. The back part of the hotel the view of the river is nostalgic to me. I love it, especially at night time.. overall I absolutely love love love this hotel !

Very nice location for what I need it for. I probably wouldn't have booked otherwise. The price was right, the staff were really helpful and sweet. Fitness center is really small, but had enough for what I needed to do per my workout. The guest in the next room where we shared a connecting door always had their TV on it was very audible. If I need to come back for the same purpose, I would most likely stay again.
