Disappointed that the staff was very rude. We had a water leak in our bathroom light fixture. Come to find out there were some disabled people above that ran the tub over. Staff did not want to move us to another room. Water/electricity together not good. They did move us but offered no help asked ...
Rooms are clean and large. The bed was pretty hard though. I guess I would have liked to have had more choice for breakfast. We didn't want to cook or use kitchen facilities since we were only there 3 nights. The staff was excellent.

Spent the night before flying out early, nice o have a restaurant and bar at hotel. Good food, nice not to need to leave property, weather was bitterly cold.
I've Stayed In Many Hotels, Almost Always For The Price, With Location And Cleanliness In Mind, This Is One Of The Best I've Stayed In. The Room Was Clean, Plenty Of Pillows And Towels, Friendly And Helpful Staff. The Pool Was Clean And Warm. The Biggest Downfall Was That You Could Hear Every Little Sound In The Hallway.
It's not perfect but it was good enough. Rooms were clean, but showed some signs of age. Entire hotel seemed well kept just a little worn. Breakfast was well stocked and clean.
My room was very clean and roomy. My overall experience at this hotel was excellent. I traveled alone and felt very safe and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
