Very clean - recently remodeled room. Front desk staff was pleasant too.

Friendly staff. No Iron and Ironing board in the room, had to ask for it.

Other hotels were booked for the evening in question so, after looking at the pictures of the remodeled rooms I thought the Red Roof was worth a try. While the room had been remodeled the HVAC had not. It was an old unit that made a lot of noise and vibration everytime it turned on. This was an annoyance since it woke me up many times during the night. The facility is the old style motel where the doors to the rooms are exposed to the outdoors, 2 story. There was a raucaus bunch of drinkers nearby but they didn't bother us. The stay woudl have been decent had it not been for the loud air conditioner going all night. The room rate was comparable to Holiday Inn, Hampton, almost as muc has the Radisson, so I felt it was definitely over priced. Old hotel, remodeled but not completely.

Hotel's location is convenient with Starbucks right next door. Front desk staff, Keith, was extremely helpful. We could tell that they are trying to upgrade the hotel, but not quite there. The lobby and room smelled like cigarette smoke and mildew. We turned off the AC unit immediate upon entering the room and it helped with the smell. The room was organized but not too clean. However, if you just need a night stay on a budget, we would recommend this hotel.

We were put in a handicap room when she was very inconvenient for us when most of the hotel was still empty after checking out the following day around 1:30 or 2 o'clock we got a call from the hotel asking if we had stolen the bedding and towels out of the hotel room the individual that had called said that he would find out who let the person in the room claiming to be me and told me that the police had been notified of the robbery so no staying at this hotel was not a good experience

I had to wait in line for at least 20 minutes to get my room, then only to find out that we were on the 2nd floor. The closest ice machine was in the lobby, which was in the other building. The rooms were not clean, nor were they what the pictures described. I will never stay in a Red Roof Inn ever again!!

The room wasn't very clean. The WIFI wasn't even good enough for simple browsing. Tiny room

The ada rooms are tiny, extensively geared for wheelchairs. Bathroom sink an mirror almost unusable if your not in a wheelchair. Tiny wall less Wheelchair height closet, with a wall safe mounted right in the middle. We will return to this hotel, but not in these rooms.

It was a great experience. The staff was great the room was clean. The location of the hotel is good. I would deffenatly recommend it

Hotel staff is available, helpful and courteous. Rooms are recently remodeled and very clean. Location was great, and they allow dogs, which was a necessity on this trip. No amenities but didn't need any for my quick stay. Great value, will continue to stay there when in town--highly recommend if you just need a place to sleep!

This was exactly what I needed to pass through the area, a clean, smoke-free hotel with an easy to get to location. This chain is definitely turning things around for the better.

Really no amenities. Dried urine on outside front of toilet bowl. Would have paid more per night for good complimentary breakfast. Did 3 RedRoof Inns in a row. Dublin OH, then 2 in Rockford. Satisfied but not blown away!

Meet all my expectations. The rooms where great and the front desk was very kind and helpful.

good room/hotel for the price.

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. The room you booked was a handicap room, so we do not change room types unless requested at check in. We apologize but there was miscommunication after you checked out, but we assure you that no one had any access in any way to your room during your stay.
