SO Bad, MY EMPLOYEE COULDN'T EVEN STAY THE LAST DAY DO TO THE HEAT AND NO AIR IN HIS BOTH OF THE ROOMS.

My keycard didn’t work after over 2 Dozen trips to the office to remake them. I was not confident that my lock was working, I was afraid to stay. I checked out the first night by 8 PM and went back to Quality Inn. I want a refund for both nights, but I was told to call you. You are closed for phone service. I’ve never been so dissatisfied.

The room price was reasonable. The bathroom needed a little maintenance ( the sink drain was broken ). Unfortunately a few times the were loud people outside my door late in the evening when I was trying to sleep. Nothing unusual when staying in a hotel/motel.

Do not like because no microwave and fridge in the room and heater unable to control too hot or too cold.

Cheap and cheerful. Everything works. It’s clean. Bed was comfortable. Check-in night staff was pleasant. They don’t charge for pets. We have stayed here many times.

Upon our arrival, the lady at front desk let us know she was having a bad day.(no our problem ) We got our room and we i went to check the bathroom the bathtub was never washed, it had a layer of body fat and dirt, and hair. Went to my bed and hair under the pillows, obviously the room was just re-arranged to make it look clean , but the worst was when took my shoes off and walk innthe room, there was a wet spot on the rug, when I smelled it could sweared qas pee. Called.front desk and got switched right away to another room. New room was clean , but with the dirty towels feom the previous guest hang behind the bathroom's door. Turn tv on and AC the tv turned off... had to umpluged the mocrowaved and turn lights off for the tv and AC work at the same time. No impressed at all.

Had extra safety on doors and in room if u needed it rooom was ok size for 2 to 3 people

The room had a musty oder when I first entered. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked.

Convenient location to soccer fields. Lots of restaurants and retailers nearby.

Easy to find off the highway, the paint on the door was peeling off, the door lock didn't seem to work correctly, the safety latch on the door was broken, it's almost as if this room was broken into, and they neglected to fix the door.

Quick and prompt service, clean facility. Staff courteous and helpful.

The room was acceptable...however we had an ADA room and yhere was ice from parking to the room...very dangerousness. Proce was hogher than comparable rooms.

Over all very nice. Clean rooms and good location

A good deal, and easy check in and check out. located near the airporter a huge plus.

Noises and like a motel instead of a nice hotel. Not worth the money they charged

I'm sorry to hear about the problems your employee had with the a/c. We can always switch a guest to another room if there is a problem with items like an air conditioner no longer working.
