Stayed here to give the kids something fun to do for new years. Thought the indoor pool would be a good experience. It was freezing. Went to complain and the staff called the general manager in to fix it. 3 hours later I went to the front desk because the pool was still freezing and the GM was up there in a camo sweatshirt casually talking to an employee. I asked about the pool and he said he's done all he can do. Our kids could not get in because it was still so cold. The GM gave little concern to customer satisfaction at all. There were other families complaining about it as well. At one point there were multiple toddlers in the hot tub because it was too cold for the families with kids to have them in the pool. When families go to a hotel for new years with kids it is probably to swim. I will never go back and will continue to tell everyone I see what a horrible GM there is and how customer satisfaction is at the bottom of his unprofessional priority.

We stayed here during recent travels. Just needed one night, but this is an extended stay hotel. Rooms a large and clean. They have large fridges, stones and more. This is a pet friendly hotel. Plenty of parking, but full. Just off a busy road with all kinds of places to eat. Will defenitly stay here next trip through. Free breakfast was pretty good, but has limited choices.

Traveling with one Rhodesian ridgeback for Thanksgiving, and we were welcomed warmly with our 88lb gentle dog for only 25$ extra. The place is so well maintained and clean! Our only disappointment was a late start for breakfast (7:30) and we had to leave at 6, therefore stuck with Mickey D. 🐽 We will be back again!

Great place friendly staff room was clean and comfortable breakfast and social were great housekeeping staff were helpful and courteous best place to stay in rockford and thanks to Lucy Claudia Fabiola Norma Juanita Sandra for there making me feel at home I will definitely be back

We stayed here several years ago, and many of the staff were the same, and just as welcoming as our first stay. We received a friendly greeting from everyone, including a smile throughout our entire stay. Were thanked for our Platinum membership and had an upgraded suite ready for our check in. The suite was comfortable, clean and modern with a good bed. Also, GREAT food service. The breakfast and social meal were high quality and tasty, and well attended to. Enjoyed the Mexican salad bar and chicken entree.

We stayed at this hotel for a week at the beginning of June while we visited the new addition to our family. This is a very good hotel offering excellent service and value for money. This staff were very helpful, suite very well equip, and the breakfast on offer was more than adequate. You can even take away a bag of snacks way which be anything on offer at breakfast. They also provide free food and drinks on two evenings a week. The hotel has a swimming pool and hot tub and a fitness centre which is of a good standard. The only disappointment was the hot tub due to the pressure jets not working. Attempts were made to immediate fix the problem when I informed the staff but I do question how often the facilities are checked because on a previous review this was highlightly 10 months ago. That said we would stay here again on a return visit.

Great hotel, clean room, quiet hotel, they care about their guests. You need to sign a quiet contract which helps with any loud neighbors which we did not have. This is an extended stay hotel. We only stayed one night but wish we would of needed to stay longer! Breakfast was fine, had staff to clean up and replenish. Would definitely stay again. Close to shopping and interstate.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last night because we were in town for a Miranda lambert concert. I picked it based on reviews on here and it was pet friendly. This hotel is extremely clean, quiet with very comfy beds. The front desk staff were friendly and nice. The rooms are huge with a kitchenette. The location is right off the highway and close to restaurants. It's a bit more pricey than some of the other hotels on the same strip- but it's worth the few extra dollars. When I return to Rockford- it is the only hotel I will stay at- it's that great.

We stayed for 3 nights, 2 adults, 2 tweens. Room with 2 queen beds & kitchenette. Pro's: clean, spacious, great shower, nice kitchenette, good thermostat, free laundry (bring your own soap or purchase at desk), happy hour with free beer/wine/soft drinks with snacks on Monday, Tues, Wed evenings only. Cons: -Happy hour doesn't extend to other days. On Thursday evenings I would like a drink to unwind from my visit with my mother in law just like I did on Wednesday. - Beds are way too soft. Not worn out, just not supportive. My older daughter slept on the sofa the last night because it was firmer. Every day I tossed & turned, was tired from no rest and sporting a sore back. - Our room was on the first floor at the end where the employee breakroom is and where the maid carts are stored. Everyday at 6:30am the doors would be banging. Also the exit door to the stairway and parking lot are nearby, cold drafts were frequently blowing in our room.

This was my first time staying with this chain. Was very pleased ! They were very welcoming to my family and since we were traveling with our dog, I wasn't sure what to expect. When I checked in the gentleman at the front desk (sorry don't remember his name) couldn't be nicer and more welcoming. Since it was late, he suggested a few places for dinner and some that delivered. I have to note that I really appreciate that this hotel allows dogs of all sizes. Many hotels advertise that they are pet friendly, but they are only friendly to dogs smaller than 25 pounds. My German Shepherd was welcomed here and I was so happy about that after a 12 hour drive that day. Breakfast was good. The hotel is so thoughtful... we were in a rush to do another full day of driving and they have little carry-out bags for breakfast right there. We popped in a bagel and cream cheese, filled up a cup with coffee, and were on our way. So considerate and just what we needed on a long cross country drive. Room was clean and nice and spacious. Will definitely stay here the next time I am in the area.
