Great hotel, clean room, quiet hotel, they care about their guests. You need to sign a quiet contract which helps with any loud neighbors which we did not have. This is an extended stay hotel. We only stayed one night but wish we would of needed to stay longer! Breakfast was fine, had staff to clean up and replenish. Would definitely stay again. Close to shopping and interstate.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last night because we were in town for a Miranda lambert concert. I picked it based on reviews on here and it was pet friendly. This hotel is extremely clean, quiet with very comfy beds. The front desk staff were friendly and nice. The rooms are huge with a kitchenette. The location is right off the highway and close to restaurants. It's a bit more pricey than some of the other hotels on the same strip- but it's worth the few extra dollars. When I return to Rockford- it is the only hotel I will stay at- it's that great.

We stayed for 3 nights, 2 adults, 2 tweens. Room with 2 queen beds & kitchenette. Pro's: clean, spacious, great shower, nice kitchenette, good thermostat, free laundry (bring your own soap or purchase at desk), happy hour with free beer/wine/soft drinks with snacks on Monday, Tues, Wed evenings only. Cons: -Happy hour doesn't extend to other days. On Thursday evenings I would like a drink to unwind from my visit with my mother in law just like I did on Wednesday. - Beds are way too soft. Not worn out, just not supportive. My older daughter slept on the sofa the last night because it was firmer. Every day I tossed & turned, was tired from no rest and sporting a sore back. - Our room was on the first floor at the end where the employee breakroom is and where the maid carts are stored. Everyday at 6:30am the doors would be banging. Also the exit door to the stairway and parking lot are nearby, cold drafts were frequently blowing in our room.

This was my first time staying with this chain. Was very pleased ! They were very welcoming to my family and since we were traveling with our dog, I wasn't sure what to expect. When I checked in the gentleman at the front desk (sorry don't remember his name) couldn't be nicer and more welcoming. Since it was late, he suggested a few places for dinner and some that delivered. I have to note that I really appreciate that this hotel allows dogs of all sizes. Many hotels advertise that they are pet friendly, but they are only friendly to dogs smaller than 25 pounds. My German Shepherd was welcomed here and I was so happy about that after a 12 hour drive that day. Breakfast was good. The hotel is so thoughtful... we were in a rush to do another full day of driving and they have little carry-out bags for breakfast right there. We popped in a bagel and cream cheese, filled up a cup with coffee, and were on our way. So considerate and just what we needed on a long cross country drive. Room was clean and nice and spacious. Will definitely stay here the next time I am in the area.

We had approximately 40 rooms blocked for a wedding party November 4-5, 2016. Upon arrival, there was a mix-up with some of the block and the front desk staff was more than accommodating to re-arrange the block and personally check up on us to see if we were satisfied. Very helpful through the entire process. I'd like to thank Taquisha Santos who coordinated the room block and the front desk personnel working the weekend. The meeting room was made available in the morning for the bridal party to get ready at no additional charge. Flawless!

I visit this Rockford every year and will now only stay at the Staybridge Suites. Mr. Reagan at the front desk is always so welcoming as are all of his colleagues. The food is good, the rooms clean and the people are nice! I'm looking forward to my family's stay in December 2016!

Stayed her with 3 girls for a rowing event. Boathouse 15 minutes away. Lots of store and restaurants in the area. Hotel was packed with students in various sports. Hotel sold out and we only had one king bed and a couch for 4 of us. It was fine for one night. Staff very nice and helpful. Would stay again.

Upon my arrival at 4:00 AM, I was greeted by Lisa the night shift Front Desk Agent. She was very professional and attentive to my needs. Great hotel, staff, and location! Thank you for the Outstanding service.

Very nice, clean hotel with wonderful front desk staff. We were greeted with a big smile and rooms were ready. Lobby clean and they have several large gathering spots for guests. Rooms very large with comfy bed and couch. Kitchen clean, fridge is huge and there is a microwave in the room. Conveniently located. Free laundry is a nice touch when needing to wash stinky uniforms. Very crowded at breakfast but there were multiple sports teams here from college golfers, crew teams, and soccer players. Not enough seating for everyone at breakfast but the hotel didn't mind us pulling chairs from other areas in the hotel. Very good breakfast...waffles, omelettes, ham, sausage, etc.... it was different each morning! Rooms very large with comfy bed and couch. Kitchen clean, fridge is huge and there is a microwave in the room. Very conveniently located. Never saw an ice machine which is helpful when filling water jugs for games but staff was nice and filled them from the kitchen. Nice pantry with food and can't beat the 1.00 Hagen Das ice cream cups! Would stay here again.

Visiting Rockford area very often and tried other premises as well... no-one can really compete with this place. They have the best rooms size and features. They have the easiest accessible parking lot. They are the right size hotel to acknowledge you and know who you are when you come back. They offer an entry level breakfast. They have a good coffee all day long. They run social events with snacks and food, few days a week. Best price for money.
