Great staff who was welcoming and helpful. Maid service was exceptional. Nice accomodations.

Was there for a family wedding. There was no hot water on Saturday night and Sunday morning, water heater problems. Location was great for us, reception people very helpful but cleaning crew forgot to clean and make up the beds on Saturday night for my daughter. Received free breakfast for our trouble. Hotel lobby is very comfortable, with free coffee and water.

Staff very personable. Business Center was very convenient and loved that it was located adjacent to front desk...made me feel safe using it late at night. Hotel had restaurant but opted not to dine their due to lack of privacy as the tables were part of the lobby setting. Near Starbucks, Walmart and restaurants nearby so an added plus for location. I signed up for Hilton Honors Reward program but staff could not add to my stay due to a system issue...frustrating but did online form to add...still waiting on that. Overall, I would stay here again.

We like staying at Hilton Gardens when we travel because we always get a consistent experience of a clean room. We also appreciate that the amenities are consistent and that the locations are generally newer buildings.

This hotel has an excellent location to I90. It's clean and well-kept. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I did not eat at the hotel. There was a wedding taking place and I never heard it. The a/c worked well and wasn't too loud. My only complaint was that the room was cleaned upon my arrival but had not had it's final inspection so that the draws were all open and my room phone did not work. This was probably an exception and that's why I rated this hotel positively. I would stay here again.

Decent hotel in a decent area. The staff was friendly and over the place was clean an quite except for all the kids going back and forth from the pool.

We had a handicap accessible room that was Outstanding. The 0 entry pool was a plus too.

Under major reservations so some of the facilities were not availible. Stayed in a newly renovated room. Very nice with large workspace and firm beds. On site restaurant was convenient but with limited menu. Other options were nearby. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

We were only there for 12 hours, but it was enjoyable. The staff that we spoke to were courteous, the bed and other room furnishings very comfortable. Although it is positioned very close to the highway, it is nicely soundproofed against outside noise. Overall, a pleasant experience.

We stayed in Rockford for a softball tournament and chose this hotel bc of the kiddie waterpark. Great for kids 4 and under! Pull out couch was not very comfortable. Wish they didn't have the restaurant ($9.95/ person) and offered a continental breakfast!

I was attending a conference within the hotel for 3 days. I was able to obtain my room when I arrived prior to check in time. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff at the front desk was very helpful. My only complaint would be asking for a late check out. The desk entered late check out and said it was no problem. I stopped in the room prior to late check out time and house keeping was in the room and had my stuff all in the corner. It was also a bit more expensive than other hotels in the area.

Clean room, friendly staff, nothing that will blow you away but a decent hotel at a fair price. I'd go back if visiting rockford again.

We had a great time visiting our family and our stay at the hotel. Everything was great. A little too much chlorine in the pool area but I guess too much is better than not enough. Room was clean and fit all our needs.

We attended a 20 year class reunion. The business center was nice and the work out room was nice. There was one lady at the desk on Saturday am that was not friendly and helpful in answering our questions. We had a 2 night reservation and came back to our room when the maid service was just entering for a cleaning and we mentioned only to change the towels and she was upset that she could not make up our room. We felt that was our decision and not hers.

This hotel is pretty new. The room was really clean also the rest of the property. The bed was comfortable and had a nice comforter and pillows. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The front counter staff couldn't have been more gracious, check in and check out was a breeze, and I highly recommend the hotel breakfast. Couldn't have been happier with the stay

Our trip to Rockford was on a return from Green Lake, Wisconsin. It was convenient to access from I-90 and close enough to Anderson Japanese Gardens to make it an easy reach. The staff at this inn was attentive and courteous, even though there was a lot going on ( wedding reception and numerous business meetings). The room was clean and very comfortable. Precious, my spouse, just loved the pillowtop king mattress. In addition, the appearance of the inn ,both interior and exterior, from the lobby entrance to the room itself was quite classy. I would recommend the inn for an overnight or an extended stay.
