Never been to hotel that didn't have a microwave anywhere in hotel. Cost me extra in food cause I couldn't eat my leftovers

I didn't feel safe at all! On numerous occasions someone was trying to enter into my room. The front desk attenant seen it... and still refused to move me to another room. I asked for non smoking room. Everything in my room smelt like smoke. The front desk charged me for an additional night for no reason. Worse hotel EVER!
Room smelled terrible and the heater wasn’t working

The first room I was given the shower did not work. I had to switch rooms after unloading my personal things. When I EXTENDED MY STAY THEY OVER CHARGED ME.
Beds were horrible, and room had roaches. Not a good experience to say the least. I would not be going back.
They didn't have a hair blower nor did they have shampoo or conditioner
I liked nothing about it it sucked and there were so many dead flies in my room so disgusting
I like the customer service and the staff are very friendly.

Worst hotel ever
Thank you for contacting us about your concern. We are sincerely disappointed you did not have a good experience while staying here at Motel 6 Hotel. There is no excuse for condition of the hotel. We have communicated this issue with our team and are optimistic that the problem should not happen moving forward. We do hope you will consider staying with us again.
