Worst hotel. Non smoking room reeked of smoke and urine. Cell-like rooms. Hallways stunk. Grim atmosphere. Wouldn’t expect to pay this price for what it is.
Front desk staff were so kind, and the room was nice and tidy. Overall a pleasant place to stay without breaking the bank.

I had a baby under one and a one year old on my reservation so I thought they would have given me a room on the first floor but I was on the second.

Well, when we walked into our original room it wasn’t even cleaned. I’m talking about bed not made, towels everywhere. Looks like someone just left. (It was a non smoking room) we went back downstairs and the lady then had to put us in a smoking room because there were no other available rooms. Smelled like weed/cigarettes which is not something I wanted to be in. And cigarette burn marks in the sheets of the bed. It was just an overall not good experience.

To start, despite paying for my reservation on Orbitz, the desk clerk informed me that my card had not gone through and I needed to pay. I did and, as expected, had two charges on my card between the two platforms (got a refund from Orbitz once I contacted the site). Was given two rooms, both of which had not yet been cleaned before being given a third, actually clean, room.
Room service cames as late as 3pm and one day not at all. They're rude and had to literally be remind to service my room everyday. One day they placed nlood stained sheets on my bed and the stain was right by the pillows. Discusting.
