First of the real issue is the shuttle service and the ratchet employee attitude about the shuttle service. The orbitz selection criteria for me was base don free wifi and 24 hr free shuttle to the airport. Learned on the day i had to return the rental car that the shuttle stops at 9 and was offer 3.00 off a 25 dollar taxi.. Her attitude sucked worse the policy. The room was ok. but the microwave did not work . discovered that the morning of exit when trying to heat the pizza. Housekeeping was great.. front desk was great except the ratchet employee who was annoyed about me asking about he restricted time of the shuttle, not to mention having to listen to her LOUD cellphone concentration with her sister. Epitome of ratchet. There are MANY hotels in this area, i would not chose one that has a restricted hrs for the shuttle. It does not start til 6 am. if ur flight is at 6... tough..

Nice quiet hotel. room 401 could use some repair.

We stay a couple nights and one of the kid broke a bottle of carbonated drink. The room was messy with broken glasss and sticky wet. We report to the front desk. At that time she claimed she was the only one there. She gave us a broom, bag, dustpan to clean ourselves. I asked her if she can move us to different room due to child safety. She said no room available. After we did clean ourselves, the 11 pm staff came in and told us that they have us another room to move to. Pretty strange I thought. The 11pm staff "Leticia" tried hard to reached ou the management. Overall our experience was not great because we have to clean ourselves. We won't return back because first experience was not great.

The room was fantastic. Quiet. My only complaint was that there is no pool or spa.

Free shuttle to and from airport worked for us. One restaurant within walking distance. Clean. Comfortable bed.

There was a bunch of hair in the bathroom from previous guest. Hot water stopped in between shower

The room was nice, except for the shower curtain. Water kept rushing out of the shower because the curtain was not stable.

The hotel is older, but it is very clean, safe feeling and well kept! The parking lot was well lit and convenient to the entrance. I did not have time for breakfast, but it looked very good. It appeared to be much more than Cereal and pastries. The lady at check in told me they had made to order eggs.

Stayed for one day. Booked a room with minikitchen. The microwave was not working and we're told that they can not replace it. Very bad experience. We needed mini kitchen as we were travelling with our 2 yr old toddler.

I stayed for two days for vacation. It is clean. Staff is nice and friendly. Will stay next time when visiting Chicago

Clean and comfortable room with a nice hearty breakfast

Very good .Breakfast with rice is awsome. Egg and bacon made to order....

Just stayed overnight for early morning flight. Took 20 min. to get checked in ,as had issues with internet, and only one person to help with problem, check in etc.

The hotel was mediocre. Nothing special about it. The only thing that stands out are the extremely thin walls. Every noise was easily heard. From the people staying in the room next to me, to anyone walking through the hallways. I wanted the a/c unit to stay on the whole time to drown out all the excessive noises.

Good stay , convenient for my purposes, large room, clean, close to airport, breakfast included, shuttle included

Good for a price. Conveniently located next to Chicago airport. The staff decided to skip on serving the hot breakfast, but there were plenty of cold breakfast choices. But guests kept opening and looking into the pots.

We participated in an event in West part of Chicago and this was relatievely close and in conveniently located near US90 highway (far enough not to hear the noise but with an easy access. The rooms were big and very clean and the hotel looks very new and very fresh. Hotel breakfast was included which was a nice addition to the great value of $70/ night for the Labor Day weekend. If you are there to visit downtown Chicago, it coudl be a bit too far (considering constructions and traffic jams that are unavoidable) but we still came to visit down-town and it was doable. Overall, I am highly satisfied.

Used to work at a Wyndham so that was reason I looked at another Wyndham. They accommodated my late arrival but only one person worked front desk. Shuttle service from airport a little challenging arranging. Room was clean breakfast great. Too far from airport I felt. Property was well kept. Felt safe as I was traveling alone. Near convenient store. But not close enough to airport for me.

In town overnight for meeting with potential client in Schaumburg. I arrived about an hour earlier than the 3 PM check-in time, but was provided a room immediately. Room was roomy and clean. The cookies at the front desk were a nice touch. I plan on returning to the area soon and will definitely stay here again.

Needed to book a last minute room for event in downtown Chicago. All downtown hotels were booked so opted for Wingate due to price, location near I90 and and customer friendly cancellation policy in case a closer option arose. Distance to downtown not bad but morning commute traffic was very heavy and slow.
