As soon as we walked in it was very pleasant. However, we got in the elevator and the smell of marjuana was overwhelming. We walked into our room and every wall had huge scratches and dents. The refrigerator didn’t work (they did replace it when told about it). But the bathroom… oh my god! Mold everywhere, the toilet was broken and the bathroom door was cracked IN HALF! The hair dryer didn’t work. The shampoo bottle was half full (luckily I brought my own). The sheets on both beds had numerous holes in them. And the “breakfast” options were stale. We will not be staying there again. Horrible.
Front employee was very friendly and kind.
I'm surprised this is a part of the Wyndham family. This property definitely needs a lot of TLC as it is very old and tired looking. Housekeeping is below average.. it's a good thing that I brought my own bleach cleaner because the entire room needed attention. Door handles, thermostat, surfaces, light switches, etc. While the bed was very comfortable, again I'm surprised this is Wyndham because the bed was made sloppily and just didn't look like details were paid attention to. There's also a lot of construction/remodeling being done in the breakfast area, which in my opinion the rooms need to be done ASAP. Speaking of breakfast.. it was served in a tiny room which was not ideal when there were two or more people in there.. egg discs, sausage discs, bagels, bread, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, apple&orange juices were available and only ONE waffle maker! Imagine several people just standing around waiting for that damn waffle maker?? Hard pass, especially at 6:30am when some people just rolled outta bed. Of course coffee and tea were available as well. Boy oh boy did those fake egg discs freak me out. Anyways, I slept very well and very comfortable, property is nice and quiet and safe. Would I stay here again? Yeah, I probably would because the price was perfect and I did have a peaceful time. I just really wish they'd pay attention to their property because it seriously needs a revamp.
There was a fire alarm and the hotel was shut down. No one was able to give any information to guest. The hotel did not have absolutely any plan in case of contingency. Even more, people who arrived to the hotel after the incident found no one around to offer any apology or at least explained the situation. We were given incorrect information when the fire alarm started. We were told there was a mal function. I refused to go back to the fourth floor. At any time the fire alarm starts every body should exit the building. I never expected anything like this. We took our belongings and left the hotel. We had to book a new reservation. The hotel did not what to do in situation like this one. No plan B. Absolutely dissatisfied, and disappointed.
Hotel was closed and we weren’t notified.
Lobby area and breakfast area was clean. Had to change rooms due to not clean room and unable to open stuck door.
The staff was friendly and helpful - at front desk and breakfast room. We were disappointed that the property wasn't in good shape. Our family rented 3 rooms. To name a few things: Only one of us had a door whose handle and/or lock didn't work right. Some tables were unsteady. The rugs were worn and in one room a large piece missing. One bathtub drain didn't work. Door edges were cracked. One door's 'spyvglass ' holes were instead stuffed with a piece of paper. Also only amenities were a single small bottle of shampoo/conditioner combined, and a bar of soap that barely created any suds.
Polite staff
The hotel is just off the highway and there's a lot of retail and dining options very close by. It was clean and the staff was nice. Our shower drain kept backing up though. The breakfast was really bad. they served premade scrambled eggs patties and the worst breakfast sausage I've ever had.
Great
Was surprised they let me check in 12 hours late! The resort fee wasn’t the price of the room or 200 it’s really decent the staff was great and free breakfast to get your day started
Rather shabby room with an unpleasant smell
I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It was very comfortable. The front desk worker was wonderful and friendly.
The hotel fit my needs by providing me with clean linen, a quiet room, and a courteous staff. Everything was as expected and I have no complaints.

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, we experienced a flood that resulted in the hotel breakfast area closing temporarily. We apologize for missing the opportunity to serve you better while we do renovations.
