No dining

No refrigerator in the room. Key card would not open entry door near my room. Room was not made up after first night. Had to ask for additional towels. Uncomfortable with room location near an exit. Overall, what I would expect from a Motel 6, not a Doubletree.

It's nice that you have clocks in the room but if you are going to have them please make sure they have the correct time on them. It's already disorienting to be in a different place/time zone. It's helpful to wake up in a room that has a clock with accurate local time displayed. It's that'a problem to maintain then remove the clocks.

Customer Service was excellent.

They canceled my reservation on me without recourse. There was no advanced warning either. The snippy receptionist was even rude when telling me they did so and was not apologetic.

The front desk woman was so nice. Area was quiet and close to highway

Room that was advertised on site was not what we received, nor does the hotel even have such rooms. Our air was not working properly, and the night staff was not able to help at all. Housekeeping entered our room in the AM early, even though we had a “do not disturb sign” on the outside of our door. At check-out, it was the staff members last day. Overall very bad experience. Orbitz and Doubletree still have not made the situation right.

The property was clean and nicely done. The person who checked us in very nice. We had dinner at the restaurant which was also good.

I was surprised at how run-down some features of the rooms were -- I had two rooms, and in both the main charging outlets either didn't work or only worked if you held the cable at a certain angle.

In no particular order: we didn't have enough bath towels; the elevator was extremely slow; we got ripped off at breakfast and paid $70 for a very lame breakfast; the shower head was like a fire hose; the shower drain was clogged and we had to wade in six inches of water every time we showered; the shower leaked so we had to mop up pools of water off the bathroom floor; the service staff never asked once how our stay was or if we needed anything, even after being approached by us with various questions; the walls are paper thin so we were all awakened at 3am by our neighbor's phone call, which we all heard clear as day.
