This was the most disgusting place ever. You could see the actual dirt on the beds. There was a dead flu under a pillow. The bathroom was gross. Just the overall stay was terrible. I sat on the desk chair for the night. And I would not consider this a airport hotel since it’s almost 20mins away from it. Disgusting is my final thought

The hotel room was very dirty. Let's just say my feet were black when I was barefoot.... The bed was stained and the pillows felt like they were about 20 years old. Lots of weird behavior at this location late at night. Overall a really poor experience.

Room wasn’t very clean. There are some food wraps inside drawer and floor was dusty.

Staff totally unfriendly

Years ago, I stayed here and actually had a friend that worked here. I chose here because of location and what I remembered. Today, the place is riddled with homeless like people that hang out on the balconies smoking pot. The room smelled like cigarettes and pot. The pillows were flat and mattress lumpy and uncomfortable. The front desk did not wear a mask even though they were behind a shower curtain (with cut outs). They were nice, but the building and 'tenants' are not great. I guess you get what you pay for because it was cheap.

STAFF TOOK FOR EVER TO BRING A REMOTE AND TEMPERATURE WAS TOO HIGH.. HOT

Very safe and centrally located and close to o'hare and lots of business close by. The staff could be more active cleaning especially during virus breakout. One very bad thing I noticed, they didn't provide hand sanitizer in lobby area or other location. Also heat and air units didn't work that great. That was bit shocking, hope they get that taken care.

Nothing there was a leak from the bathroom ceiling Couldnt sleep cause water kept falling

The only things I didnt like was the the room smelled damp and like old stale cigarette smoke. It wasnt smoked in recently. It was definitely an old smell. And parking!!! Im guessing people rented just to park instead of paying at airport. ALOT of cars covered in snow and havent been moved in days. We had to park at one of the other buildings on the backside of the property the whole weekend. Couldnt get near our building.

It was located in a good area for food. It was reasonably priced. There was some loud people.

Is this property starting to rent out parking spaces for airport travelers?? Because there was absolutely no place to park! I had to continuously circle the property looking for an empty space for almost an hour. I know these vehicles were not people staying in the hotel because the curtains were half open on almost every single room...which indicates an unrented room. Hopefully the franchisee isnt getting greedy and trying to line his pockets with cash with airport travelers money. Its beyond ridiculous that the people who are actually staying in the rooms have nowhere to park.

Decent rooms & great location. Housekeeping needs to pay attention to detail though..especially when it comes to cleanung the floors. I literally watched a housekeeper spray the floor and wipe the floors with a dirty rag under her shoe.....this is NOT how you clean floors!! Also, parking spots must be getting "rented out" because there were MAYBE three spots open and i had to circle the lot looking for somewhere to park my vehicle. The cars were never moved during my entire stay, which is a clear indication that these spots were taken up by airport travelers. This is extremely unfair to the people who travel by automobile that are staying in this hotel.

Years ago, I stayed here and actually had a friend that worked here. I chose here because of location and what I remembered. Also, the scent and the upkeep of the room can only be taken into account if they front desk or housekeeping is alerted of it.
