ts so much better than other 2 closest motel 6 are, rooms are much bigger, remodeling done more recently than others, tv package channels are fantastic compared with other motel 6s. overall very very good.

In the room, an unpleasant smell was made of poor-quality repair, cracks in the walls in the eyes, the shower is broken. Footsteps can always be heard outside the door. Instead of toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo and only two pieces of soap are available.

The Motel 6 in Prospect Heights, IL, really surprised me positively. The hotel is clean, well furnished, safe and with a nice team of professional people ready to help you in case of need. I’m going to definitely stay again at this location.

I'm a return guest of this hotel which already speaks for itself, in the sense that obviously they're a good choice, good value, well run, etc. I had not been in the area in a while, however I was just there and found them to now be an even better Motel 6!! Better Customer service, Room had a New TV, Everything was spotless and just an overall more welcoming atmosphere, which I really appreciated! It's good to see a hotel NOT "Resting on their Laurels" and instead doing things to continue to improve and be THE Choice for those of us looking for a great option in the Area. I HIGHLY Recommend!

It's a bed!
They have tight security which I really appreciate, it keeps a hotel at this price point from being sketchy. Everyone must have their ID scanned and the only way to enter and leave at night is through the lobby. The bed was kinda worn out. Saggy, springs. The blankets were incredibly thin. Slight aroma of ancient ashtray, and for some reason the mini split fan smelled very strongly of... urine... But hey, I didn't mind. Smells aside, it was actually very clean and safe and cheap and I was tired.

The motel is located in a poor-ish section of town..but once you drive 1/2 mile in either direction, it gets better. Also--and I was not aware of this--the rooms do not have refrigerators, and so the ice machines are on full alert. However, having said this, I feel I got good value for my money. The personnel was always available, and always helpful. The water in the room was as hot or as cold as i wanted it, with strong pressure in the sink and the toilet. The bed was comfortable; the TV was easy to use. All in all, it was fine.

The second night here was a disaster. It sounded like drunk people were next door and outside the property. I called management to ask if they could talk to the loud visitors and he asked me my name and room. I told him the floor as i did not feel safe giving out my name/room. Although he could have looked it up. He hung up on me rudely and did not address the noise. The beds are hard as a rock. When I was leaving I heard a woman complaining she saw creatures in her room. Stay here at your own risk! Dude front desk staff and hard beds. You get what you pay for I guess.
