This was rated an 8.0 when I booked and the day of arrival was 8.2. This is the furthest thing from an 8.2. It is probably a solid 4. Marriott properties score a 8.0 and you can’t even compare. Yelp is closer to an accurate 2.3 stars. The parking lot had ‘unhoused people’ sleeping around. People sleeping in their cars. Dimly lit. Smoking marijuana outside, inside and the room smelt horrible. Manager on duty was woke up from the back room and looked like a wreck. Mascara running down her face. ‘Ladies of the night’ were checking into the hotel. Ended up not staying there. Hotels.com needs to change the rating.
