Staff was friendly and nice. Our room was dirty 2 towels provided and it was 4 of us. Rate we paid for the room was high for what we received. Room was dirty and smelled like smoke even though we reserved a non smoking room. Will not stay at a quality inn again.

I have stayed here in the past but now the property seems run down the room was ok but it could have been cleaner and the room had a worn feel about it missing texture on the celling no fan in the bathroom door in the bath did not lock but it did stick coffee pot look older the I and I'm pretty old the ac next door made so much noise I'm not sure how the people in that room got any sleep I'm just glad it was cold outside because there ac did not come on often thank god. it really looks like there trying to remodel or enhance the property but instead of fixing things they just paint over it but still a great view did not get a chance to catch the free breakfast the girl at the desk said it started a 6 and ended at 9 I was like wow really the nightly rate was not bad but when u add in the pet fee I could have stayed at a Much nicer hotel 2 night for my 5lb dog 130 dollars I felt a bit rip off . The big question would I go back probably not like I said over the years I have stayed here 12 to 15 time it looks this will be the last it's a 2-star hotel at best maybe if they got rid of that outrageous pet fee and clean the place up some

We liked the pool and beach access, besides that the beds were tiny, room smelled of mildew ,very outdated, walls were turned yellow bathroom was disgusting. Didn’t want to touch anything in there. Wouldn’t stay again. Needs to be torn down

Terrible. Continental breakfast is advertised but is not out in the lobby. Restaurant closed. Room condition poor. New flooring, but bathroom was old and In very poor condition. I later learned (through another reviewer) that you had to ask for free breakfast from the from desk and you are handed a select few items. No breakfast bar or station was offered and there was no information provided on where breakfast was served. Bait and switch. Pool is ok. Beach is ok but water and power lines exposed in sand. Broken concrete is your path down to the sand. Old broken wooden chairs on the beach. Stay somewhere else.

They should publish Pet fee because it was $35 tax per day and unfortunately I had two dogs and this is the only time that upon check in I had to pay additional resort fees over and above what I had already paid Orbitz before I was given my key. The Pool was closed (In July) Paper thin walls so that made for a fun 4:30 AM wake up too. The location was nice so if you overlook the rest...

Quite old, and it shows. Noise between rooms….the door that connects room had a gap under the door that was so high, I could see people walking by. And I heard most conversation, every cough and sneeze. The same for the door to the room. I had to put 2 towels against it to keep small animals from crawling through it, and to keep the rain from blowing in. Also, poor service by housekeeping. Sand on the floor was never swept or vacuumed in 4 days. They took 4 towels, and left only 2. Didn’t clean the coffeemaker. Didn’t leave new coffee to replace what I used the day before. No creamer. The a/c was horrible. It seemed to increase the humidity in the room. My clothes, my paperwork, everything was soggy.

We loved the private beach area.

was overcharged for my last day I was locked in for the same rate for three days and they charged me double on Friday. Management not friendly or helpful, breakfast was handed over the counter a biscuit muffin and apple. They ran out early. Was there 2 years ago and my stay was great. The place has been run down, sprinkler came on and water came in the room, roach in bathroom, the grounds were trashy. Will not go back

The view is great of the bay and close to shopping and the beach,

Property was ideally located. Couldn’t have been better. The cleanliness of the room was a major issue. Towels and linens were not washed and/or replaced prior to our stay. Multiple hairs on these items were very disturbing. Another family had the same complaints. I witness them complaining to the front desk. Their daughter had bedbug bites and marks on their body. I will not return unless management changes. I usually don’t do this, but save yourself some stress and just go to the Hampton next door.

The receptionist Jessica was very professional and customer focused.

It was ok. They charge you an additional $5 when they don’t even feed you any breakfast. There are hotels that are still offering breakfast. You’re paying about the same price and up charging while not even having a muffin? Room was ok. Some hair on the bed sheets otherwise clean.

I have been staying at this motel for 30 years...back when it was a Holiday Inn. They have remodeled again within the past year. It looks good. It needed it. Was starting to look seedy. The new flooring is nice.
