Happy with our stay
Don't pass this place up thinking the price reflects a lower quality property. It isn't perfect, new, or fancy, but it is everything we needed for our trip. Upon checking in to our room, it was uncomfortably warm. We unload the vehicle, unpacked the bags, kicked the A/C down to 60, and went to grab some dinner. When we returned, it was still muggy and warm. The front desk clerk was sympathetic to our situation but didn't offer much help at first. Since I unpack everything, I did not want to move rooms unless absolutely necessary. She quickly called the room back offering the room next door and even brought the key to our room. The new room was perfect. A/C worked flawlessly. While the rooms show the age of the facility, they were very clean and roomy. We had more than enough room for our dog kennel. Our room did not show evidence of animals despite the hotel being pet friendly. We were able to bring French Bulldogs with no issues. The bed was firm but comfortable to me and my husband. Safety was never a concern for either of us. This property is right on the water, offering a gorgeous view of the water. It has plenty of amenities that we were unable to check out due to the nature of our trip. The best part is the close proximity to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Though it was a bit on the small side, it was fine for the two days we were there. We had an issue with the door lock on our first room so they moved us to the other side of the hotel and had an amazing view of the pool area and Bay. If you are on the backside of the hotel, it is a little dark, but the rooms are still nice. The pool area could use some renovation.

Great price for a weeeknd. Staff was pleasant, views were nice on other side of property overlooking the bay. Breakfast was your typical fare of eggs, sausage and waffles.

PROs- location , breakfast CONs- rooms , turning left from hotel , service , no elevators and price Went to Pensacola and was looking for hotels online .. looked at some of the pictures and booked this . It was about 115$ per night .. not bad .. close to the beach . Location wise it was good . It was about 10 mins from boardwalk. There were few stuff close by , including Dunkin/ Starbucks / Walmart etc . They had a very small beach which was ok. Nothing that impressive . Swimming pool was closed anyways . Liked the breakfast . It was good . Rooms were below average . No elevators . So we had to take all our stuff in stairs . By the looks of it , this hotel wasn’t even looking like 1 star hotel. There was an issue with water logging in our room and they took 2-3 hours and working inside our room ! Wish they just changed rooms or gave us some refund . It was pathetic to deal with the water clogging issue amidst our vacation. I wanted to give 2.5 stars but gave 3, just for the location . Very average hotel overall .

Really nice room w/beautiful sunset views! Unfortunately it was impossibly to enjoy the view from inside the room because of the severely moisture-damaged windows Even more discouraging however was the large group of unruly, loud & poorly supervised group of high-schoolers occupying rooms all around us. While we sincerely appreciated the staff’s intervention at 12:30 am in an effort to curtail the noise, our stay was characterized by loud yelling, running up & down the hallway & late night conversations. We really love the idea of a slumber partition. It’s just that we had no intention of spending this kind of money to be in the middle of one! We’ve never been more ready to leave a property so we could get some much needed rest.

I really like this hotel even though there's not a lot of amenities. We stayed here for 2 nights for a quick vacation. It's conveniently located in front of a beach area. They have fast food and restaurants that you can drive to, to order food. The parking areas are well lite with cameras. The desk attendance were very nice and helpful. My room had a mini fridge, tv, and microwave. It was clean. Breakfast was great! They provided cereal, waffles, fruits, muffins, coffee, milk, juice, and yogurt. They have ice and vending machines outside. Since I was at the beach most of the day, I didn't mind staying here for as a last minute trip. I would recommend this place.

The staff are rude and unhelpful/ unprofessional. I’ve stayed here in the past with no issues, but after this experience I’ll never come back. The people at the front desk act as if they do not want to be at work, they’re not helpful at all and do anything for an argument. If I can subtract stars I would definitely do that. I also have children with me and they also felt uncomfortable.

I loved that you could walk right down to the beach. My kids had a blast! The other guests kept letting their dogs make on the lawn and not picking it up which is so rude. The room didn’t have a bed bug cover on the mattresses which grossed me out and I thought they were Queens not full size so that was rough with 5 people. The breakfast was really yummy and all of the staff was very nice. It felt a little scummy and like I should be concerned about my car but overall not a bad experience.
