The staff was amazing! Very nice and accommodating, anything you asked for they provided. The beach access was just a walk away from the pool. Nice coffee in the morning and the lazy river was the most relaxing.
Enjoyed my vacation with my two kids, husband, and my mom. I would have preferred to have rollaway bed at no charge since I spent over 2200 for five nights already. Got charged an additional 25 per day. Enjoyed the breakfast very good options, ate the buffet everyday instead of ordering from menu. The lunch/dinner was delicious! I had the combo meal. My husband ate the cajan burger he loved it. The staff all came together and sang me happy birthday, did not expect that so sweet of them. The pool is nice and hot tubs at night were relaxing. Beach is beautiful of course and nice to walk right outside hotel and be there. Close walking distance to restaurants shopping etc. Housekeepers did a great job and they are very friendly. Overall this is a Great hotel just very pricey!! If there is a next time I'll empty my bank account a little more and get a balcony room the view was AMAZING!!! Thanks to one of the housekeepers for letting us sneak a peek.

The location, the beach access, the beach chair rental availability, the Lazy River, the access to an indoor pool, though small, during cooler or inclement weather, excellent family friendly restaurant were all positives which would make you choose this hotel again. The hotel is older and the rooms are not luxurious - just basic but with refrigerator s and microwaves. The staff is friendly and courteous; you must register, by calling the front desk, for any resupplying or cleaning which is effective and efficient. I would go again with kids but not if adults only. PS The sand and beach cleanliness were amazing!
Great beach front property.
They were not ready for us to check in at 4pm - the room had not been cleaned yet. We were not given any advance notice that our room would not be ready. They also did not clean our room during our stay so we didn't have fresh towels. Appreciated the gorgeous beachfront location and the lazy river.
The food was absolutely horrible. The fridge in the room constantly kept shutting on and off waking me up. The staff were super friendly but the key to our room stopped working 3 times. pool area was nice
Our main disappointment was that we stayed at this hotel specifically for the pool facilities. During our stay the pool was really cold, we heard from another guest that the heater was broken, I did not confirm this with the front desk. Whether it was broken or not, it was too cold for my wife to use, and I used it very little on a couple of days when it was a little warmer. So we felt a little like we didn't get everything we paid for.

First off, the staff was incredible. Not so good. Housekeeping isn’t cleaning rooms. But we weren’t told. Day three our trash was getting pretty deep. Mold growing in the shower (rm 622) My rate was $850 a day after all the stuff they added. That’s ok. But we went for the lazy river. There’s ZERO security to keep the public out. There was some real problems when some man dipped his naked 2 year old off in the pool after a diaper change. Our waitress at a local restaurant actually told us her and some friends go there on a regular basis We’ll be back to Pensacola beach in September. We won’t be at the Holiday Inn though
