I had made a reservation, but after I checked in, then I was told there was no running water, and "There was a water main that broke, and we don't have a time it will be back on." I mean, that is something you normally would call your customers about BEFORE they check in. I could have made arrangements at another hotel. First thing off a plane and I can't even take a shower, wash my hands or face? $300/night and can't even get water. The room had dirt on the walls, easily wiped down. The carpet was sticky. I had to wear my flipflops everywhere because they were obviously cleaner than the floors. I definitely would not stay here again or recommend them to anyone. I've stayed at Hilton twice since the beginning of Covid and I gotta say, I've stayed in nicer Motel6s.

Short commute to the beach which work perfect. Mostlikely would stay again.

I love the location. The staff is very courteous and friendly. However, we attempted to check in early to drop off our belongings before heading to the beach but we were not able to due to the COVID restrictions. When we arrived at the hotel shortly after sunset, the "suite" that we were assigned smelled like cigarettes and the majority of the carpet/floor by the couch was absolutely drenched. I asked for a different room but they were sold out. They did offer to refund my stay. The staff is great but they need extra help to make sure the rooms are cleaned properly before accepting reservations.

The property was clean and well maintained. The front desk attendant was nice and informative. My only disappointment was the lack of breakfast in the morning.

Very clean and it was in a great area of town. They had all of the amenities that i needed in the room. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and breakfast was superb. Would stay here next time.

We got a nice room and were impressed at first. However, the toilet did not flush. I reported it to the front desk and the clerk told me that she was the only one there and couldn't help me. The next day, I reported it to a different clerk and he got the problem fixed. The maid did not make up our bed the morning of our second day. Having paid a premium for staying on a holiday (4th of July), I was extremely disappointed with this hotel.

It was clean and quiet. The staff was quite friendly.

Close drive to beach and restaurants, price was good. Major road construction project made for noisy conditions. Room was never cleaned by housekeeping- manager did credit us a night to make up for it.

Upon arriving into the hotel, we were greeted by many people dressed for the Pensacon for the weekend. The lobby and dining area were packed. The front desk assistant quickly assigned our room and wished us a nice visit. The next day, most of those that were dressed as characters had left. Even with that many people, the noise was minimal. The attitude was respectful and cheery. The entire stay was fun and peaceful. The staff was very attentive and knowledgable. We appreciated the cleanliness and serene layout of the hotel.

I've stayed here multiple times. Staff friendly & efficient. Breakfast is delicious

We got a nice room and were impressed at first. However, the toilet did not flush. I reported it to the front desk and the clerk told me that she was the only one there and couldn't help me. The next day, I reported it to a different clerk and he got the problem fixed. The maid did not make up our bed the morning of our second day.
