very poor customer care....dirty facility. When I notified the front desk there were ants on the counter during breakfast, he said , "ok" and did not attend to it the entire 30 minutes I was in the dining room
The floors in the room and hallway were dirty and clearly had not been vacuumed for some time. Housekeeping barely made the beds after our first night - simply pulled up the bedspread but did not straighten out the sheets or pillows. We asked for an extra blanket the first night and were told that there were none. The air conditioning/heating unit was finicky and could not be set at any temperature between 63 and 70 degrees. We attempted to print our boarding passes before departing from the computer and printer located in the lobby and was told that printer had not worked for 5 months. The add toner light was on - such a simple fix!
Do not stay here. Hotel is nothing like it is pictured. Room was dingy and hotel looked down right scary from the outside. Lights didn’t work in room and a large party was happening. We didn’t even stay, we left as my kids were too scared
Air conditioner broke. Toilet handle broke and when we called them about it there answer was oh. Will report this to maintance tomorrow. Would not move us
Staff were friendly. Had a problem getting internet connection on my cell phone in the room.

It was a place to stay for ONE night. My family left a day before I did. Boring, uneventful and not near anything. Luckily it was only one day and night. Even that was too long.

It was nice hotel, it could have been at better location closer to Panama city beach as traffic sometime takes a while. We could not get reservation in Destin or Panama beach so decided to give it a try
Check in they was not ready. They had a water leak. Finally got checked in at 5 PM. The next day no one took our dirty towels. We contacted front desk later that day. They had no clean towels to give us. Day 3 they finally came and took our dirty towels but they did not leave us any clean towels. Day 4 late that evening they finally brought us clean towels and hand towels which we had been without for 2 1/2 days. I am very dissatisfied with this hotel and will not be staying there again. Was not worth what we paid.
No information given on check-in as to where the microwave and refrigerator were, INSIDE the dresser! High speed internet advertised. Probably the worst wifi I've experienced in the past 5 years of traveling; constantly losing signal either partially or completely.
This hotel is just average. Not located conveniently to tourist attractions or beaches. Water was shut off for 6 hours the first day we were there. Fire alarm went off twice one morning between 5 and 5:30 a.m.
It was ok for one night. Don't stay in room 125 it's next to the the exit and all night you can hear the door slamming

We booked this room based on ratings from previous guests and the reputation of the chain. Once we'd checked in we headed to our room through an unfinished hallway, apparently they'd had a water main break, but there was no word of this ahead of time. Not a big deal, at least they were fixing it. Upon entering our room we were hit with an overwhelming mildew/damp smell. We considered that they were working to remedy water problems & decided not to worry about it. We showered & were getting dressed to head out to dinner when we heard a very odd noise-it was like someone had turned a hose on. The noise was issuing from our air conditioner, which indeed was leaking a large stream of water from the bottom. My husband went to the front desk & we were given a new room 2 doors down. As my daughter was bringing in her things & setting them on her side of the bed, which was by the air conditioner, she literally splashed into another puddle under this air conditioner. So my husband returned to the front desk. We were given another room across the hall. We moved our belongings AGAIN. There was no puddle in this room, but it may have been due to the fact that the air didn't really work well-we were hot all nite despite setting the air on its lowest setting. We ended up not being able to go to dinner until 10 o'clock (we were ready to eat at 8) and when we got back there were no parking spaces left. Seriously-none. We had to ask the clerk where to park, the crew from the renovation company had take up about 6 spaces with 2 trailers & another 2 spots with a bob cat. We ended up parking beside the front doors. The breakfast was a big disappointment. We were expecting slightly better than the normal continental breakfast fare, due to their web page description saying "a free hot breakfast that ensures our guests a memorable stay"; and for sure it was memorable! They had a make your own waffle iron-which my daughter enjoyed using until she found a long black hair in the batter, she's a blond. My husband attempted their only other "hot" fare which were eggs; I really wish we'd taken a picture of these-they looked exactly like the ones you get with the Little Tykes kitchens-hard & rubbery. I tried a cinnamon roll which had the taste & feel of cardboard. We gave up on this place & headed to Krispy Kreme which is just down the road & mollified ourselves with hot, yummy donuts. The worst part of this whole encounter was the staff; my husband had to ask what they were going to do to compensate us for the inconvenience of moving so many times and we were never given an apology. The clerk quickly & without argument moved us each time, but neither she nor the manager the next morning apologized when we handed in our 3 sets of room keys. In all fairness the rooms were very clean & comfortable (if you like a very firm mattress), with the exception of the 1st one that smelled terribly of mildew & had a dark spot where the leak was, but I don't blame housekeeping for that. The pillows were nice and comfy, the towels fluffy & clean. Really, an apology would've gone a long way for us. The only reason I rated the staff 2 bars instead of 1 is that they did say they'd lower our room rate, I still need to follow up with my bank to confirm they actually did this though.
great price, great quality. I enjoyed stay. I will book this hotel next time.

We are So very sorry about the ants in the breakfast area, We have called our pest control company and have attended to the issue. We have spoken to our front desk personnel, about handling issues in a more timely matter. Our hope is you will give us another chance to provide the kind of stay all of our guests deserve.
