Took over a hr to check in the staff was nice and did the best he could being the only one checking people in and the guest were being very rude to him! When we got to the room it smelt of dog and we ever got airfresherner of our own but didn’t help. The people next to use was so loud we barely got ...
Check in was easy and the hotel was just right for what we needed. Great Beach view from balcony and it was great to have the kitchen to prepare meals when we wanted. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They kept us informed as hurricane Irma was coming. Great vacation and great stay.
Hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. They had a hot breakfast and coffee and beverages round the clock. Room had a fridge and a microwave. Only about 35 TV channels so finding something I wanted to watch was a bit difficult, but not impossible. Free wifi, so, next time, I'll bring my tablet to watch ...
Palmetto Hotel and Suites, I coudnt ask for a better place to stay. They let us check in at 9am instead of the 3pm, since we were out of town really helped. The kids loved it also. The view, service, location, beaches, rooms, cleanliness, and everything was awesome! I will definitely stay here again ...

Hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. They had a hot breakfast and coffee and beverages round the clock. Room had a fridge and a microwave. Only about 35 TV channels so finding something I wanted to watch was a bit difficult, but not impossible. Free wifi, so, next time, I'll bring my tablet to watch a move. There are a lot of shopping and eating places very close by. I felt very safe staying there alone. My only disappointment was that I reserved a King room overlooking the bay and I got a queen room over looking the parking lot. I will stay there again.
The room was very big and comfortable. All pools were nice. The light show was good. It was cross road from beach. A lot of restaurant's in walking distant. Loved sitting on the big balcony at night listening to ocean. Had a great time on vacation. Need let you know about fees you have to pay at check in. Went thru Orbitz.
Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and accommodating . Every room had a great ocean view. Just loved sitting on the balcony and relaxing.
It was nice. Loved that we had a kitchen in our room and all the kitchen utensils we would need. Also liked the comfort of the room itself. Awesome that they allowed dogs. Our room had a little bit of a strange odor and the room could have been cleaner in terms of the stained chair and the carpets but everything else was clean. I would stay here again, the wifi was good and they got good channels. But for $35 a pet per night they should definitely clean those rooms a little better. But overall I still enjoyed my stay.
