Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. We stayed in an ocean view room and the view was beautiful. When we arrived a day early, the staff was not and did not make a huge deal about it. They were quick to accommodate us and get us settled. The room was very clean as well. They left us a ...
This is a nice hotel. It is a bit dated but that is not a problem. The only complaint I have is that the parking lot is across Front Beach Rd.. It is a major hike to your room with luggage. They do provide luggage carts put it is still a pain and a very long hike. Most of the hotels are like this ...
It was a nice stay, Just wish I new about the extra charge 25.00 a day for pool use and other things. Called room service one night order food and received a call half hour later asking if we still wanted the food.( I SAID REALLY)!!!!!
We stayed here last September and enjoyed it so booked it again for a quick weekend getaway. It was packed but still the staff was quick and efficient getting people checked in and to their room. We had room room 469. It was a nice room with a great balcony. Showed a bit of wear and tear but was ...
Hotel was quiet and suited our needs just fine. It was the staff that earned the hotel’s high marks. Everyone was friendly, and when my daughter left her owl at the hotel they called us immediately, spread the word with a note taped to him, and worked hard to get him back to her. We certainly appreciate ...
Comfortable beds, quiet location, good breakfast. Sign is hard to see by the road but excellent stay.
Worst experience I've ever had traveling. The hotel staff is horrible! No one helps you. I asked for help numerous times about my stay etc and they kept telling me they don't know with a attitude, then send me to other people that were no use as well. Give me numbers to management that no one answered nor returned my calls. The room was way smaller than expected. They showed wrong pictures, because if it was that I wouldn't of booked that room for the price I did. The bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were so flat. They only give you ONE roll of toilet paper for the WEEK! Overall I would not ever go back nor tell anyone to stay there.
The hotel was cute it was spacious, and had great amenities. I didn’t expect for it to be so spacious, I was happy we didn’t have to share a bathroom with the kids 😏. Overall the place was great. Oh and the view was beautiful.
We will go back next year. Everything you need is close. We had a few problems with the bathroom and kitchen light. Call the front desk and someone's was right there to fix it.
