We have stayed here before Hurricane Michael and I really like how they’ve improved it. The staff really went out of their way to help us and be friendly and courteous!
The staff was vey professional and helpful but the room had issues with the air conditioner not working and it was very hot outside. The staff continually said that the wall mounted control panel is how the air conditioner was controlled, but the wall mounted control panel never worked and did not have power. The AC was controlled by the unit itself. The AC stopped working and it was extremely hot. The staff went above and beyond and offered us another room. We also thought that $13 a-person was too expensive for breakfast and went somewhere else for breakfast.
Great staff. Got the latest check out ever! The hotel is being remodeled due to the hurricane that devastated the area last fall. The effort they are putting into this is great! You can tell they are remodeling but it doesn’t “feel” like it. Highly recommend staying here.
I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds, tried both over the two night stay, both were in terrible sleeping condition, poor sleep & back pain, the following mornings. Other than this, the rooms were standard, okay. I questions the front desk the morning of checking out, they said the queen beds were 5 years old or older. Suggestion; get better quality mattresses and or replace every 2 years. Something? Thanks,

Great personal, Hotel quite long distance from Beach, but it was expected before. I appriciate free coffe in the morning. I had hot breakfast and it was great for price 10$ excelent. I can recommend this Hotel to everybody who are going to Panama City Beach.

While the staff did everything possible for us, they could not make the standard king room any bigger, this was the only negative I can think of, they offer larger rooms (which I would suggest) I was here during the 4th of July weekend 2014, before moving on to Perdido Key
Price was good compared to similar or close hotels. Very clean. Nice pool & hot tub. Excellent breakfast. All staff were extremely nice & helpful. Close to downtown, restaurants, & hospital. Not far from beaches. Being spring break, it would have been difficult to find a good value on the beach. We had driven from Orlando area to visit a relative in the hospital.

Great staff, felt very welcomed. Waitress in restaurant/bar attentive and helpful with dinning suggestions. Rooms clean and hotel was quiet, not a party scene. Well located for access to Panama City and beaches.
Even tho we got there really early, they had the maid service do our rooms before others, so that we could get in before check in time.
Enjoyed drinks and conversation at the bar.
