This hotel is very far away from beach and it is highly priced. Anyone would get better hotel near to beach at same or lower price including free breakfast which is not included in this.

We decided to make a quick trip down to Panama City Beach and stayed here for one night. Hotel was busy but quiet. Room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. However breakfast buffet was subpar and not included with the stay.

The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and clean. I really like the shower. The TV audio sometimes went out. And the old style A/C units are loud making it difficult to sleep.

This hotel was at a great location. Around restaurants and social life.

The room was clean and well equipped, but the staff had just steam cleaned the carpet and the deodorizer smell was overpowering and the carpet was wet until the following day. The blackout curtains were top pleated and operated on a track. While they looked nice, they could not be overlapped, thus the light glared through the gap at 5:45AM. This hotel is about a block away from railroad tracks and a large train rumbled through about 6:00AM blowing the whistle. The breakfast buffet looked appetizing with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, biscuits and fresh fruit! I was looking forward to having a nice serving of fresh strawberries and blueberries, but the kitchen staff must have soaked the berries in the swimming pool water overnight---all I could taste was highly chlorinated, flouride treated city water. Eat the melon and pineapple---it's cut fresh and not soaked in tap water. Lovely shampoo and soap, though!

It was good but the rooms were not stocked up with washcloths and amentities everyday or when the sheets were requested to be changed halfway through the week it never got done. The breakfast Buffett is done at 9am that's a little early to be over with. Everything else was good very nice and helpful front desk!

At 4 AM on the 16th of October I was awoken by two females trying to break into room 205. I was staying in room 201. There was cursing and swearing and banging until about 4:30 until I demanded the staff call the Panama City Police.

The location was nice we did not have to travel far to shop or eat. We also loved the inside pool therefore we was able to swim eventhough it was cold outside. We look forward to staying here again. The staff was very helpful when we asked for information and so was the room service.

Everything went well and the stay was nice, the room was descent and clean. I would stay here again and also recommend. Thankyou.

The room smelled bad and the up keep of the whole premises was not at good standard. The curtains need to be replaced, the lounge furnitures need to be replaced. The cook did not prepared the food accordingly to Health and Wellness, and Health and Human Services standards. The pictures on the website is very deceiving. However, the front desk representative were nice. This is one time that I wished of staying in a condo because the expectation is much better than a hotel.

It was awesome. The room was all mirror with a florescent headboard. The staff was customer friendly and the whole trip was amazing. Definitely will come back.

Great getaway for spring break college students.

We came to PCB, to get a weekend away and relaxation; but unfortunately this hotel didn't provide that. First, if you are looking to spend a lot of time by the beach, this hotel is no where near the location you would like to be at. Getting to the beach, with the traffic would take 30+ mins. Upon entering my room, I found hairs lying in my bathroom. Then I tried the lights; only half of them worked, and some flickered when they did work. On the bright side, the room was large, had free WI-FI, and came with refrigerator/microwave. Also, upon returning from the beach there was a foul, atrocious, disgusting odor throughout the lower-levels of the hotel; which was where my room was located. Apparently, there was a sewage gas leak and water flooding; along with backed-up toilets along my floor. The smell was so intense; it began to make us sick and we debated on leaving. Finally, they allowed us to switch rooms to an upper floor after some time. The pillows are very tiny; and like sleeping on rocks. The decor also leaves something to be desired; especially the bright red tub surround and shower. Also, bring your own hair-dryer; theirs aren't very powerful. So, will I stay at this hotel again --No.

Good

great

HOTEL LOBBY & RESTURANT IS VERY COLORFUL, NICEST STAFF, EVERYONE VERY FRIENDLY, INDOOR POOL LOOKED NICE BUT I WOULD HAVE PERFERRED AN OUTDOOR POOL...

The hotel was beautiful inside and out with Tiffany (or faux Tiffany) lamps throughout the lobby and bar as well as beautiful red bathtub/shower. The pool looked very inviting; it was a nice feature that it was open 24 hours/day. I also appreciated having a nice sized refrigerator in the room. One other very nice feature was that there was use of a computer, internet and printer for guests. It came in very handy when I needed to print off Mapquest directions. My friends and I were in town for a wedding vacation and had a wonderful time.

Having an indoor pool and spa is a nice option to have on days when rain or temperature would make an outdoor area uncomfortable

THE HOTEL WAS NICE AND THE POOL LOOKED GREAT, BUT IT WAS COLD AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF IT WAS HEATED FOR IT TO BE AN INDOOR POOL. OVER ALL WE LIKED THE HOTEL.
