First the breakfast is not free, but it was the best hot food breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. It was set up restaurant style with linen cloth tables already set with stoneware cups and nice glasses. Food was self serve and was hot and filling, but a lady provided drink service to your table. I will stay here again when I return to Panama City.

The room was great was on the 6th floor has shower no tub the check - in was easy king size bed Keurig coffee maker in room ice machine on floor was not working cloth washing machine that guest can use was out of order the 3 big dryer's did$$ indoor pool and spa were ok watch the flooring they do have snack area$$ it has a bar they offer breakfast $$ the two of us are seniors in our 60's

We loved everything about the hotel, it was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed every employee we encountered started with Michelle at the front desk checking in, following up next with Sassy in the bar blending right on with Nancy at breakfast as well as completing our trip at checkout with Tammy. All were amazing very professional. There’s nothing we could say negative about the entire hotel employees and the stay. I’m not sure his name the gentleman working last night Saturday, October 4 that helped us with getting more pool towels I think he was security but he was amazing also.
