We loved everything about the hotel, it was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed every employee we encountered started with Michelle at the front desk checking in, following up next with Sassy in the bar blending right on with Nancy at breakfast as well as completing our trip at checkout with Tammy. All were amazing very professional. There’s nothing we could say negative about the entire hotel employees and the stay. I’m not sure his name the gentleman working last night Saturday, October 4 that helped us with getting more pool towels I think he was security but he was amazing also.

Staff was very helpful and very kind. Tasha from housekeeping was excellent and i will be back because of the her services. We didnt gave them 5 starts because as i was eating a delicious breakfast, I had a bug on my food and will not eat there for the rest of my stay. The staff was very kind and i appreciated the kindness but i will not eat there if i choose to stay there again

the hotel was rather dirty. flies flying everywhere, especially during breakfast. the janitor picked up trash out of the trashcans with her hands, leaving a dirty trash bag in the trash cans. the pool was slimy, needed a good cleaning.

Pictures is a lie the pool is indoor and really bad when we arrive there was a person in the office the door was open but we waited like 10 minutes at front desk when we get room pillows and bedding has some dirty spots on it we stayed only one day . Breakfast online says free but you have to pay 14$ per person . didn't complain because it was only one day and we went to Destin .

The staff was absolutely wonderful, room clean. However you have no outside benches or seating which is odd especially in Florida. You also don’t have outside garbage cans so there was an extreme amount of garbage being left around the back parking lot. If the above was improved I’d give 5⭐️
