Roach and smelly room

This was a last minute overnight stay and it was terrible I was so tempted to find somewhere else. Entering the room there was a strong weird smell and I saw a roach when we were leaving. The staff was kind and helpful, they gave us air fresheners which didn’t help but they tried. 0/10
