This hotel is surviving due the the Marriott name. My family started staying at this hotel about four years ago. It was modern and clean. Now the hotel is in need of renovation. The furniture is worn, and the bathrooms need a good scrubbing. Also, as I type this review tonight, there are about 15 teenagers smoking marijuana in front of the hotel.

This is a good extended stay property. It is nice to have a kitchenette. The place is a bit dated. Nice for a light breakfast in the morning. That makes a difference. Staff is friendly and helpful. Walls are thin and you can hear a lot.

The maid service is very thorough here and very friendly, the staff in general is very friendly and polite, the kitchens are excellent here with full size fridge and dishwasher and stove and sink w/ garbage disposal....the beds are very comfortable

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, in a long time. WiFi was strong, refrigerator, microwave, and stove. I was able to save a lot of money by buying groceries for the week and cook for the week. Hotel room was very clean, and housekeeping stayed on top of everything. Plenty of restaurants around, also close to shopping. Definitely will be returning.

Big shout out to Jenny (Hotel Manager) and her entire staff for being such great hosts to us during our Irma evacuation. After driving all day and a lot of folks waiting to check in she and her folks made everyone feel welcome and went out of her way to be accommodating to everyone. Thank you in such a stressful time.

Like every hotel in Panama City, it seems, this hotel did not have an airport shuttle. I paid about $40 for an Uber. Very friendly service - great staff! The room was clean and the furniture worn. The kitchenette was well stocked. There was not much counter space in the bathroom because they only had an accessible room available. You have to have a car - absolutely no way to walk to Target or to Starbucks - I found out the hard way! I was able to use Marriott points so I'm fine with my choice. It was a bit tired but totally okay.

Size of the 2 bedroom suite was just what we needed. Hotel desperately needs renovating. Carpets are very dirty as was the furniture. Chairs were ripped. Sofa bed mattress was very worn. Beds were clean and comfortable. Found items in night stand draw before we left that were not ours. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nothing special. Close to restaurants and stores. Walls are thin.

I was so very disappointed in this hotel. One word will sum it up, FILTHY. I am an Elite member of the Marriott hotels and travel quite often. As soon as you walk in the door, you can see how filthy the rugs are. As you get further into the hotel, you notice that all the rugs in the hallways and elevator are filthy. Once you get to your room, it's not any better. The rugs are filthy, the furniture is ragged and filthy. There are dirty finger prints on all the doors. The walls in the kitchen were covered with dried on food, as well as the vents for the microwave. The maid did not make my bed the day after my first night stay. I was there for four nights and they never changed the bed linens. If you needed anything, you had to go to the front desk and get it. There was an empty toilet paper roll in the bathroom, that the housekeeper never filled. I have stayed at this hotel two other times, and it was fine. I don't know what happened this time, but it certainly isn't worthy of the name of Marriott.

Just want to give a shout out to Bri and all the staff for an awesome stay on short notice and a very busy weekend ! The king suite was heavenly, food was great, room was quite and EXCELLENT customer service. We will be back !!

Great staff, clean spacious suites. Awesome breakfast included. And a great location. I would definitely stay thereu again. This hotel is alan very conveniently to the airport and all of the attractions in Panama City, and Panama City Beach. The price per night is reasonable considering All of the amenities you get.
