We came to visit our son and daughter-in-law and we travel with a pet. The room was nice, it was clean and conveniently located on the first floor, which is great for the dog. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, if we are in the area, we will stay again.

They allow pets, which is great, but on our floor we had someone with a small dog that kept barking all night. The guests had apparently went out and left the dog behind for several hours. Also, only one of our key cards worked in the door which was a bit inconvenient. We went to the front desk 3 separate times and they reprogrammed the card and tried giving us a new one and nothing worked. It must have been an issue with the lock on the door. We gave up after 3rd attempt and just shared using the one key.
The room had bed bugs. Due to the situation we took a video and did not mention it we were scared to go to another room that potentially had more we only found one bed bug on the bed. However the top cover had white stains in the black areas on the spread also when asked for wash clothes had towels were offered instead stating that it was due to housekeeping. Deanna was very nice it is the only compliment.
Hotel was in a nice central location for us, new room clean smell. Friendly staff and breakfast was good.

I was quite shocked at the price...I don't know if it was because of the area, or just the town in general, but it was the most I've paid for a hotel of that age. Yes it was clean, just not as updated as I would have liked. It was also Labor Day weekend, so that might have played a role as well
Bathroom doors have no lock! If you go with family it is embarrassing to keep the door but not locked. Breakfast area offers EXACT same food every day - bagels, muffin, boiled eggs and waffle. There are a million people in line to get anything. And guess what? breakfast is just for two hours. 2 million people have to finish eating in 2 hours or everything is closed. Great! Room is just a room - Since FL is pricey in summer this will work for few days stay. Location is OK. Pool dirty but front desk well and accommodating.

It was the worst hotel stay of my life. Hotel was dirty, not kept in good condition. When we checked in we found someone passed out outside the lobby! Noise and banging all through the night. It is not in a very safe area. I will never stay there again.
What a great place to stay was great for us and even better for our dog thank you so much had a wonderful time will recommend to others and will definitely stay here again.
Great experience! Easy check in. Room clean and cozy. Great value for our stay overnight. Includes breakfast which is a plus.

I was greeted with a smile when I checked in, was given all the necessary info about breakfast times, etc. My room was clean and well maintained for the 4 nights I stayed at the hotel. The breakfast wasn't the most interesting, but it was OK. I love the location of this property since my visits to panama City do not take me to the beach. This place is well-situated for my needs. I'd love if they would have 24-hour coffee service, but hey, it's not 5 star! All in all, a good, clean, quiet place to stay.
