Friendly staff! clean great breakfast! t great rates
Phone in room 225 did not work. Front desk could not hear me and vice verse.
Very damp, poor TV selections, less than cheerful night staff.
Checked out Room and canceled the reservation. Everywhere we walked in the building was filthy. New road construction had isolated the hotel, and the entrance was from a bordering neighborhood. The gentleman at the desk was very nice. NEVER AGAIN.
Sleep in your car! I was awoken to being bitten by something. I turn on the lights and there were TWO BEDBUGS in the bed! How disgusting and frustrating!
Could not get to it. Overpass being built. Next to strip clubs . Suppress they don't charge by hour. Cancelled reservation. Still have to pay 1st day. Why??
The hotel staff was Excellent, the room was clean and as advertised. It's close to the beach and the major attractions--although we really didn't see any of those. The less than exceptional rating concerns the physical plant of the hotel--it is older and so the decor is dated and the rooms feel cramped and isolating. IF the rooms had been a bit larger and the infrastructure in better shape-- I would rate this as a 9+ hotel. Unfortunately, in it's current condition-- I would rate it as good, but not great.
Difficult to navigate to the hotel through the construction. Hotel is located next to train track but it was nice and clean. Breakfast could use fruit as an option.
We ask the front desk for an extra pillow and she flatly said no I don't have any
Worst place I ever stayed ..... not clean, bad location
Was on a short adventure trip to scout the area for future excursion. Arrived late and left early to explore St. Andrews state park and surrounding waters. Hotel was sufficient. Security was minimal if any at all. Ran into some unsavory characters in the parking lot the next morning who were aggressive panhandlers. Not a problem for someone who feels comfortable handling themselves in those situations but would not want loved ones who are more Vulnerable to be there alone. I would stay there again.
My stay was what I expected. Planned on sightseeing and being at the beach all day so I really only needed somewhere to shower and sleep. Didn't want to pay a fortune for that, so really I got what u paid for. They room was clean which is awesome. Outdated and not very comfortable pillows, bedding or mattress.
I found a roach in the room. It crawled around my food as much child was eating at the desk. This is a sign of uncleanliness!
Staff was some what friendly they treated all guests like a number and did not really care since all deposit where not refundable. I had 2 times that they gave keys to my room to folks that where new guest both times the dead bolt latch stopped them. There was no effort made to say sorry other than it happens other than that it worked for a place to crash and stay nothing great just a bed and roof over oour head,
