The staff were really great. They were polite and helpful. The room, however, could have used a little help. My sheets felt dirty and the blanket had a burn hole and stains in several places. My son's bed was damp and so was mine? The A/C filter needed to be changed so the room was musty and that cold humid feel...and it smelled like musty yuck!!! But the staff were really nice and helpful I appreciated their professionalism.

We stayed here for a family trip but couldn’t go swimming due to drunks and weed smokers smoking weed at the pool. Only one person on staff that evening so even after they tried getting people out of the pool, they were outnumbered so they just gave up and left them there instead of calling the cops to come to the premises. There was a man abusing a child next door to our room and we told front staff about it and all they said was there shouldn’t be a child in that room. It was budget friendly, but not family friendly.

Maybe the ac was broken in just my room??

It was miserable in the room. The ac was terrible and no matter how cold I had it, it was sticky and everything felt wet and gross. Couldn’t sleep cause I was sticky and sweaty despite having the air super cold.
