We were pleasantly surprised at how large and accommodating our room was. It may our extended stay more bearable. We either had or were close enough to anything we needed. Thank you!
It was a terrible hotel I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family
We got in late and no one was there so we had to call a number to get someone to come in and let us check in which wasnt too bad but the whole process took close to an hour and when we finally got in our room there was still trash and hair in both trash cans the bed was made like the covers had been changed but when my wife checked they had not been there was hair everywhere in the bed and one of the pillows still had nasty sweat stains from the person that was there before us and when i went to the desk to tell the lady she was very nice and polite but informed me there wasnt any other rooms because house keeping had left alot of rooms uncleaned amd it was to let in the night to go somewhere else so all we could do was het new linens and stay until morning but I will never stay at this or any hotel owned by thos company again
We stay here every year it’s affordable and clean. The staff is always friendly.
The hotel is fine but should offer 24-hour check in and other services. Need to supply some essential items such as shampoo, etc.
I enjoyed it, felt more like home especially with the kitchen in room. We plan on staying in extended stays whenever we go on vacation.

Got this hotel last minute. The stay was okay, but I won't be back. The staff was rude to my children when I sent them down for towels. I asked for a non smoking room, and they put me on a smoking floor. Beds were uncomfortable, but you get what you pay for I guess.

We are so sorry for the long wait time that you experienced when trying to reach the front desk. We know that your time is valuable, and efficiency is paramount while traveling. Being that we are more of an extended stay - we offer limited front desk hours. We know that this is not what most guests are used to and apologize for any inconvenience that this caused because of this, along with the issues with the cleanliness.
