.Clean, well organized property Centrally located.

Nice, the only thing that I dont like it was the location of the Hotel.

Older, but well kept. Reception was very friendly.

Comfortable room and easy check in. Only issues were phone light kept blinking though no message there, and no light bulb in one of the lambs by the bed.

The furnishings in the room was very worn. The room had an odor. The odor was like mildew. The Bistro staff, were neither friendly or effecient.

1st night I had a room that did not seem to have fresh linens on the bed. I was assured they were clean. There were people banging on doors all night long. Checked out at 6AM because I found roaches when I turned the lights on in the room. The front desk person (Alexis?) explained that they had no connection to other Marriot’s in the area therefore she could not really help me with another place to stay. She suggested that I try on my own. She also suggested that she may be able to find me another room on the other side of the facility. I should stop by later in the day to inspect the new option. When I returned at 4:PM they had a room that was clean and had fresh sheets and towels. I think all the rooms should be like that. What’s up Marriott?

Reservation has breakfast included food counter clerk tells us we have to go to the front desk for them to put it in the system front desk tells us not their job it’s the food clerk job

The hotel itself was decent. Good size rooms, great pool, and convenient in-house bistro. Location close to I-95 made it a good starting point for local travel. Although there is a constant hum from the adjacent highway, when running, the noisy A/C made it is barely noticeable. However, the hotel is understaffed. This showed in the many small things: - Dirty room carpet. I notices my socks were dirty every evening. One moring after walking barefoot on the rug and then stepping into the shower, my feet left dirty stains in the tub. To the hotel's credit, as soon as I complained, they sent someone to shampoo the rug. - Room fridge was unreliable. The fridge kept stopping. The maintenance man showed us how to unplug the fridge to re-set it, then it would work for a while again. - Bistro evening service. The bistro morning breakfast service was excellent. However, not the evening. There seemed to be only one person handling the wood preparation and service, as a result it took 45 minutes to deliver a very simple meal. During that time there was only two other tables occupied, with two people at each. - Simple thing: The battery on the TV remote was weak, making the remote almost inoperable. If there was a little more time available for the room attendants to service each room, it should be included into their daily check-list. To the hotel's credit, all interactions with the hotel staff was very pleasant, and complaints were dealt with immediately.

Staff was nice and friendly. Had to ask to get room cleaned due to hair in bathroom. After cleaning still could see streaks of dirt. Place under construction, I understand that needs to happen for change but was annoying especially because elevators were not working. Stayed out of convenience. Pool was nice.

I'm disappointed when my daughter called to ask for the fruits and was told they were thrown away. At least, contact me before doing that.

Check in was quick and simple. Front desk staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Room was clean and while we didn't spend much time in the hotel, everything was GREAT and I'll stay again!!!

Whish they had breakfast buffet in the morning, had to pay for everything. Rooms nice and quiet snd clean. Easy to get to.

No complaints, every thing was more then expected. Great place to stay for any reason. Plenty of outside stores, food, very close by. Very nice.

Our room was very nice. Lots of room and very clean.

Pool was excellent, staff was excellent. Pillows to fluffy
