It has a lovely pool and hot tub, and a nice private beach access area with chairs and bar service.

This Marriott property is undergoing renovation. The rooms are sparse with obnoxiously bright LED lighting. They were going for an Asian look before but now transitioning to a casual beach look. I stay here because it's close to work when I know I'll be working late. I would NEVER voluntarily stay here. The staff are great, the rooms are awful. Buyer beware.

This is a very well priced boutique alternative to the overpriced Palm Beach resorts but you get what you pay for. The rooms are large and comfortable but dark. The gym is pathetic with outdated equipment including one elliptical machine that doesn't work and that is the primary reason for the ok rating - the gym is awful. The restaurant is decent and the sushi bar is a nice and a good alternative when it is open. The beach is fabulous there - all sand and no rocks. But the premises are very tired in need of renovation and the service is fair at best. The air conditioners in the room are noisy and can wake you up when they go on and off. They run out of towels at the beach, and sometimes it can take too much time for them to check you in, curiously struggling to find reservations. This is a Marriott in name only - it has access to their reservation system and Marriott rewards but it is not managed by Marriott. Still the best value in Palm Beach. It is located next to the Four Seasons which can be an eating alternative and the public beach is down the way with a great Latino restaurant, Viva La Playa. Just don't expect luxury or up to date gym.

Mattresses soft / AC / DC a bit noisy Super cool location direct access to the beach

pretty area

The bed was super hard like wood, there was No fridge No coffee maker and No ice bucket, ridiculous for $500 per night! The only good thing about this hotel was the beach side breakfast.

It was on the beach, but the beach was very dirty with trash, and nobody from the hotel was helpful with picking it up, or putting up/down umbrellas.

Tideline is now being managed by Marriott. Very happy to get credit on my Marriott Bonvoy rewards. This just happened 2 weeks ago. Big change in front desk staff! Much much better than the last time we stayed there. We were told that Marriott is about to make some major upgrades to the property. Can't wait to see what they do. Room was great as usual snd very comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit.

The property has a gorgeous beach-front location. The hotel’s rooms were very “tired” and out of date. The floors are metal and extremely cold (they ran out of slippers until I suggested someone go to the spa and get some for the guests). I was in two different rooms. Housekeeping didn’t replace towels, mini bar items and soaps/shampoo. Housekeeping also didn’t take dirty glasses out of the room. In my second room #510, the tub was so large and big, I could barely step into it to shower. The shower was up so high I could barely reach it to aim the water. It was a hand-held shower nozzle. The tub had lots of rust in it and needed to be re-grouted. The fifth floor also smelled musty and stale. As for the restaurant, it was mediocre. They had run out of Casamigos tequila and no one really knew why or if it was coming back into stock. I understand that J.W. Marriott has taken over the management of The Tideline. Let’s hope it gets the cash infusion it needs and can get updated to a 4 Star hotel they claim it to be. Jean-Luc was a fabulous employee and worked very hard. Thank you.

In general the staff seemed sad and uninterested. They did nothing for my wife’s birthday and if not for the server at the pool we would have had a terrible time.

I liked everything about it everything was perfect

Very nice resort. For the resort fee, didn't think the service at the pool and beach were as attentive as they could have been. Good size room.

This property is right on the beach and near some really great eateries. The hotel has a modern and relaxing feel, however it does look like they have a good amount of entertainment during the weekends. I'm a single traveler and stayed during the week, while it was very quiet. As a result, service around the hotel was VERY leisurely, especially beachside where it was about non-existent. If you need anything though, just ask and they will take time to help you out. Casey was at check-in and was FANTASTIC. I am an Orbitz VIP member and was awarded a complimentary upgrade before check-in and was delivery gourmet chocolates to my room along with a nice little welcome card handwritten by Casey. I also checked in at 10am and my room was ready for me! Although the place is small and intimate, I did not have enough time to check out the spa. I will definitely be back to do that. Otherwise, the pool is great and so is the atmosphere. Out of the numerous beach spots I've stayed in, this is definitely one of my favs. If you are a younger traveler like myself, try this place out.
