It's nestled

This place is horrible and dirty floorboards. The bathroom is small and filthy. I refused to sleep in that dump. So we left !

The room was so dirty that we only stayed one night instead of two as planned.

Hotel required a cash deposit and provided no receipt for such. Listing said room included fridge, microwave, hair dryer, etc. but none were provided. Pool was locked our entire stay due to “clouds.” Staff was unhelpful. Cracked and crumbling bathroom floor would pinch your feet while walking on it. Overall just a miserable stay!

We initially were in room 111. When we arrived back to the room that evening we were told that there was no hot water on that side of the building so we were given the room 102 with a room key, and informed us that due to the inconvenience this second room would be free of charge. Very pleased with the customer service. Just received my credit card statement and both rooms were charged. I called the manager to dispute the second charge and he insisted that no such incident occurred. He refused to give me a credit. I ask you.... how did I get the key? Who gave me the key? Why is management denying this. I am very disappointed with Motel 6 decision. Oh, and by the way... “DONT leave the light on” for me.

The window was broke. But the poeple there was nice. We had no smoke room but could smell smoke in it

I’ve already paid before I checked in. The front desk told me I still owe a balance. Called customer care to resolve the problem but they couldn’t do much. They paid most of it but I ending up paying $2-$3 for the remaining balance just to get a room.

The hotel is a budget hotel, you get what you pay for. I do not have any complaints, but I am not a picky person. If you are planing to stay longer in the area there is better choices. If you just need it for 1 night it is just fine.

I found this room at the last minute and was glad to have it, since there were no other rooms that I could find anywhere in the region of totality. That being said, I thought it was a bit much to be told by the woman that checked me in at about 8:30 p.m. that check out time the next morning also means I need to also be off of the premises by that time too. I had not intention of hanging around loitering anyway, but I let her comment slide since she may have thought people would do that to watch the eclipse (if so it would have been a poor vantage point considering the region this hotel is located in). If that actually was the reason, it would have been a good idea to explain why she wanted the guest to be leave the premises. She was curt for all of the check in process. Full disclosure, the man that I turned the keys into the next day could not have been more friendly.

We chose a jacuzzi suite and the tub was worth every penny. We had to call the front desk (on our cell phones because the room phone didn't work) to tell them the air didn't work. As we were on the phone, they turned the air on. The room itself was spacious and I think I got the best sleep I have had in ages. For once I didn't wake up with aches and pains.

The last owners did the place in, but the new owners and staff have a vision. The place is outdated and cleanliness is iffy, but with the renovations, I think it will be a great stop along the way.

Went for convention in Paduccah. Room smelled. tile in bath cracked and dirty. Beds ok nothing special. Had to look for staff. If another hotel had been available would have switched. Needs overhall badly. SADly lacking in comfort no real amenities. When come back for another convention Will not stay here!

In all 40 years of traveling this was the worst motel experience.

Overcharged. Will never use this service again. Pool was black. Tub would not drain. No WiFi even though was told continuously it was getting fixed.

The first room we were given was terrible. The vanity light didn't work and was laying in the floor. It was an adjoining room. THe door on our side was missing the doorknob and the dead bolt wouldn't work. We were moved to another room. It took the heater almost 15 minutes to blow warm air, the springs were popping through the bed and the sheets were dirty (had hairs on them). I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
