My room smelled of mold, as did rooms occupied by other colleagues on the same business trip.

Hotel was completely booked plus a party was going on. I usually stay at Hamptons and was surprised that coffee was not complimentar in the lobby. Front desk did procure me a couple and the quality surpassed that freebee cup at the Hampton.

Great place to stay! I will stay here next time I visit this area.

This is the first hotel we have stayed in where there is no complementary coffee and tea in the lobby. It was a pain to get ready and leave the hotel for breakfast because their Bistro was expensive. I had to buy coffee if I wanted it (I don't like the coffee you make in the tiny coffee maker in the room). Otherwise the hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. We only stayed here because our granddaughter's group stayed in this hotel. A good place to stay if you don't mind paying for coffee and their breakfast choices.

Nice and quiet. Rooms were clean and the staff very helpful.

Very nice. Recommended local restaurant & had coffee in the early morning.

Staff very accommodating. The only disappointment was that the breakfast was not complimentary. Most other hotels are offering this. You might want to consider it as part of the package.

I was in Paducah to see my family for the weekend. The location and staff were great, however, there was a major problem for me. The elevator, all three floors hallways and rooms they put me into had a very strong mold/mildew smell. My nephew, who was staying with me, is sensitive to these kind of things and I was not willing to put him at risk. They had me look at 2 different rooms but they were the same, just a smell like there was a water leak somewhere and it was never cleaned properly or something. I have stayed in 3 other hotels in the area and never had this issue. I ended up going to another Marriott property just across the way and it was 100% better.

Our reason for coming to Paducah was the Quilt Museum and the fabric stores. We were very pleased with the hotel location, the room, the exercise equipment, our balcony, the staff and ease of getting in and out. The person on duty when we checked in was very helpful with where to dine and what was happening in Paducah. The beds were very comfortable therefore giving us a good nights sleep both nights.

Great and clean room, great bedding, comfy pillows. Would have been nice to have a continental breakfast. Staff was great! No complaints!

Helping son move from Illinois to TN. It was nice to have a comfortable location between the two as we got a late start on Friday. A good night's sleep always helps when things start to get a bit crazy.

After we arrived at our next location I noticed I had left behind a wireless PC mouse. I called and the individual I talked to indicated they had found it and would ship it to me the next day. He was not only accommodating but, very pleasant as well.

The shower was ok; the bed was nice and large; the bar opened at 5pm and closed at 9pm; the breakfast buffet was too expensive for what was offered and what i received; the motel was not marked at all, no signs, it took me 45minutes to find the entrance, and last but not least i had very noisy nieghbors. I rate the overall a C-.

The staff was extrememly friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The location is probably the best part. Even though close to the highway, it was very quiet and peaceful. A beautiful park across the street allowed for wine, cheese and crackers next to a well manicured pond with water fountain. A great weekend get-away.

The location was perfect yet tucked away in a quiet area so the noise from the highway was not heard. The Kentucky Oaks Mall and many quality restaurants were within a mile of the hotel. The turn-down service was an unexpected but welcome surprise.

The hotel is a few miles outside of Paducah, on a side road off of the main, strip mall laden, main drag. It's in a pleasant nar a business park and the staff personify southern hospitality. It's only a few miles away from the airport.
