What a horrible experience. We booked through Orbitz in April we needed to change the date of our booking so Orbitz do so. We had booked two rooms for 10 people. Get to the hotel to check in and I’m told we only had one room I tried to show the lady believe her name is Kim the booking info and she told me so rudely I’m telling you what I see you only have one room I don’t know what to tell you. So I called Orbitz and spoke to a representative and they confirmed that both rooms where booked and that I already paid for both rooms in total and that I also had paid the extra mo to move my original date to the new one. Orbitz called the hotel to find out what was going on and the lady told him I only had one room she looked up my name further and said I had a room booked for the 10th-12th of June that I didn’t show up for( originally the dates that where supposed to be changed) the man from Orbitz informed her that those dates where changed and that they had noted in their system that they spoke to someone at their hotel while changing the dates to confirm that we could change them and that the person they spoke to confirmed that it was changed. They where then told well I don’t know who you spoke to but it wasn’t done we have no information but for the one room. They had no other rooms that we could have that would fit the other half of my party so that Orbitz could keep us at the same hotel. This mishap was not on me or Orbitz but of the hotel and they refused to refun
