Was just okay. Not too bad for the price, but the overall condition of the facility was lacking.

The location is wonderfully close to the Universal Studios property and a very easy walk. The hotel is old but has been renovated. There is no shuttle as advertised and the free breakfast is a "grab & go" granola bar, muffin and juice. Someone in the hotel was smoking and it went throughout the ventilation system. It was HORRIBLE and hung around for days and days. You could taste it on the 4th floor it was so strong. There were ants as well in our room.
The front desk was to careless about telling customers to wear Masks 😷

Stayed 2 nights with my daughter. We noticed an odd smell in the room but, aside from that, it seemed clean and comfortable. Room was equipped with all our needs. I carry disinfectant spray with me when we travel so that helped eliminate the odors (maybe it was the carpet). The other minor complaint I have is the size of the towels- small and thin. Overall, the room served its purpose and it was reasonably priced. If you’re sensitive to outside noises, I would not recommend staying here. Otherwise, it’s a good enough place to stay. Staff was courteous and friendly.
It was humid in the room. The carpet seemed wet due to humidity, not a clean place for a family. Things are out dated. No hdmi on the tv.
Close to family and places to eat. Not far to shopping either.
This hotel was spacious and clean. It was near Universal. There were many good options for my family in the vicinity. Definitely would book in the future.

This one night stay was a ast minute booking and while the hotel is conveniently located and not far from major attractions, I was shocked to learn of the needed updates.
This property is old, outdated and a little run down. Breakfast was nothing to exciting. Staff were welcoming
Room was relatively clean but I had no desk/table in my room. Requested one but never got it. Overall condition of furniture was WORN, burn marks on dresser. First day someone had come and gathered towels, soap and garbage but never replaced these items. Bed had not been made by the time I returned to my room at 2:00 PM.
The hotel was clean, but has a lot of weird smells. I couldn't tell if I was smelling fresheners, cleaning products, or what. The rooms have a smell of dampness, which I got used to after a few minutes, but would greet me each time I entered. Overall, the hotel was a good value, and I would stay at again. I should say that I am very sensitive to smells , so someone else migjt not be bothered.
We rented twin queens and our granddaughter slept in one. The courtesy when we arrived was incredibly friendly and professional. Room was already cooled down, super clean and stocked with 4 bath towels, etc all we needed. Everything worked, bed was great and breakfast for such a busy place near Universal Studios in Orlando was delicious and spotless dining room. Food came out constantly when it was half empty. Highly recommend!!!!!! One of very best ever!
I like it because its very convenient close to universal studio, holy land, seaworld etc. with lots of restaurants in the surrounding area
