This place is ok. Definitely needs upgrades but you get what u pay for. Can get noisy during the day. Beds were comfortable but the room smelled like mold the first day or two. Management should really work on that. Not a bad place but definitely not a top choice.

Found a roach in the room. Staff was more worried in having personal conversations than helping. Cheap and close to universal so I guess you get what you paid for

The property is absolutely average, which is fine, but I found a fingernail (fake thankfully) on the floor of the room. It was so large and obvious that I had little faith in the overall cleanliness of the room.

It is outdated

The room was stinky, a musty smell. It was a poor cosmetic update with thick paint over rust and the doors barely shut. "Breakfast" was very limited, hence ":" and we were told by the front desk that the only shuttle to Universal left at 8:00 am and returned at 5:30, we later found out it runs every 30 minutes. Probably the worst hotel facilities we've stayed at in the past 10 years.

The room is severely outdated, smells, and the floor is damp. Filthy surge protector for use to charge devices. Pillows are tiny hard squares. Hands down this room is disgusting.

Excellent value for the money. Staff were amazing! At breakfast staff would clean immediately after you left the table! Friendly and courteous as well.

I love that everything is was around the hotel

The staff was somewhat helpful but not warm or friendly. The rooms were clean but several outlets did not work. The beds are very firm, personal preference. Breakfast was better than anticipated based on prior reviews. The outdoor pool felt more like a hot tub, very warm. The last day of our third floor stay the elevator we’re broke down and when I asked the staff, they were not apologetic. Customer service was not high level but as I said adequate.

The online pictures were accurate . I was alone and did not feel safe . The manager was amazing and very attentive to my needs.

Quite, room is humid with carpet smell

My family and I spent all day at Disney and Universal so for us this hotel was perfect. A perfect place to shower and sleep. Very close to universal and about 15-20 minutes to Disney world parks.

We were expecting a buffet breakfast, which in our minds has eggs biscuits, sausage or bacon, it was a waffle maker and bagels. Very frustrating as we book a hotel with a hot breakfast to avoid eating breakfast out. Shame on me for not clarifying with the property. Rooms were clean, water pressure in the shower was good, beds were comfortable.
