Bus service to and from Disney and Universal

Clean. Very helpful staff. Even though the breakfast bar was closed due to covid, they still provided a good pre packaged breakfast. Just 15 minute drive to The Magic Kingdom. Hotel is also very close to stores and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone going to Disney without spending a fortune on accommodation.

Cristiana, the attendant was very nice and did all possible for a perfect staying. Only problem was the breakfast, not good with frozen food, no eggs, no bacon... was bad. Thanks

Not a very good breakfast. Scrambled eggs were cold and dry (leftover from the day before?). Sausage patties dry and hard (again, leftovers?). Coffee very weak and bitter. Drove to McDonalds after giving up on this "free breakfast".

Nice little gym and pool on premises and very close to shopping and restaurants.

The did repairs to the roof on our last day where construction started a little after 7am and we weren’t given notice. After complaining to the front desk they claim the gave notice the night before. This is not true, I explained even if you did this construction was obviously scheduled weeks if not months in advance. How do you not notify guest before hand.

Customer service was awesome!! Jasmin was super nice and sweet. The room was really nice and clean although the room seemed humid

The shower needs to be remodeled and breakfast menu needs to change, food wasn’t good. But staff was friendly.

Our room fire alarm went off at 3am and the workers solution was to just unscrew it. I didn’t sleep the rest of the night!

The staff at the hotel was great, they were very friendly and polite. The management helped us out greatly when we had to leave early due to hurricane Barry heading towards our home. The lady at the front told us to don't worry about anything, to go and be safe. I received and e-mail stating that this women was able to remove our final night off our bill. How many hotels will do this ? The buffet area was very nice and the buffet was great, Thank you Quality Inn and your great staff. Regards, Malcolm

Everything was wonderful....the room, the staff & the breakfast. Very clean. Lovely property. Only trouble at all was getting my return boarding passes to print in the business center.
