Check in was a breeze, bed was so comfy. Room could’ve used a renovation as it was outdated but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t the best but it was included and had tasty options. Overall pleasant stay and we will be staying here again!

Great location. Front desk and breakfast staff was excellent . Room was comfortable, specially the beds. Breakfast was really good. Parking lot was easy to access. Room to improve: House keeping staff… several days our toiletries weren’t replenished and even our toilet paper ran out. Room… Our room had lots of ants. On our last day ran out of running water without notice, half an hour before checkout time, soap all over. They said some maintenance was being done.

Booked and prepaid, but was asked for a $100 deposit on arrival, which we weren't expecting. Booked an accessible room. The room was great, but there was no dropped kerb nearby, to access the room from the car. Proper wet room (with shower chair) and raised toilet, with grab bars, which was amazing. Room enough to get a wheelchair around. The kingsize bed was a bit high, but very comfortable. The linen was all sparkling white, and the towels were lovely and fluffy. Even the toilet roll was beautifully presented. Would have been nice to have some bottled water, but there's a coffee machine & take-out cups, which is a nice touch. All-in-all, very nice.
