This spacious private pool home is located in the vacation home community of Hampton Lakes. This tranquil community is nicely landscaped and well managed and guests receive full use of the communal facilities provided.

The single story home has been tastefully furnished and has a light and airy feel throughout. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, boasting two master queen bedrooms each with their own private en-suite bathroom. One of these
en-suite bathrooms provides direct access to the pool and patio area. All bedrooms have their own flat screen television so that you can retreat to your own quiet space and unwind.

The accommodation is fully equipped with all the amenities of home and offers plenty of room in which to spend time with family and friends. The open plan family room is bright and cheerful and has nice sofas on which to relax, and a choice of dining seating options. The kitchen features a breakfast nook, and is fitted with modern appliances and plenty of utensils so that you can prepare family meals should you wish to. For your entertainment there is a games room which includes a pool table and Foosball for all the family to enjoy. The home provides a games console and also complimentary high speed WiFi for guest use. For those with young family members there is a highchair, strollers and Pak-n-Play which might prove beneficial.

Outside the home features a lovely private pool and pool deck. The generous back yard is grassed and surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence. The pool deck has plenty of sun loungers, and there is also a table and chairs that sit in the shade of a covered lanai. A BBQ grill is provided at this home for guest use (propane gas is not included), perfect for al fresco dining. A peaceful and relaxing environment in which you can sit back and soak up the warm Florida weather.

Hampton Lakes is a private community set among the gently rolling hills and orange groves of Northeast Polk County. The community is well maintained and has a peaceful vibe, it is a perfect destination for a family vacation. The community features floodlit tennis courts, a sand volleyball court and 2 children's playgrounds.

The community is located near to Highway 27, just off of Interstate 192 offering quick and easy access to all the major Florida theme parks. Interstate 4 is just a few minutes away offering holidaymakers the chance to take a day out at Daytona or Cocoa beach on the West Coast, or perhaps the Kennedy Space Center. Hampton Lakes is also in close proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping facilities and several golf courses, all within a short distance of leaving your vacation home.
