• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 4 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Loved the house and pool!!

The house was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 15. We really enjoyed the pool area only thing we wish the spa/ hot tub could have been a little warmer. The kids had fun ingame room in the garage too.

Great house , unlike other (old?) reviews we found it in excellent shape, clean, very small pool ready to use (which kids loved) Much better for our family of 14 (with 8 young grandkids) than staying on Disney property, fraction of price and we could all hang out together. My one concern (almost did not rent) was the listing said 4 bathrooms - it actually has 5 and 1/2 3 year old grandchild woke up this morning crying, wanted to go to "Florida house"

Spacious House but needs TLC

Very spacious house with great potential but needs some deep cleaning and maintenance. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need with a nice gas stove. The house was clearly not inspected before we arrived ( 2 dirty showers, diapers hanging from vent, ants in kitchen and air hockey game not working, towels cleaned but all put away damp). We also had issues with the front door lock, the pool heating and the AC thermostat on main floor. The management company responded to our concerns and dealt with some but not all of our issues. The Solterra resort is very large and the Clubhouse gets very crowded on the weekend with not enough parking. We have stayed at better resorts in the area.

Beautiful home, Rooms and bathroom were clean but the oven & grill was disgusting and pool was dirt.

We had a great family vacation the house was beautiful nicely decorated very comfortable And well stocked with sheets,towels,blankets kitchen as well. When we first arrived there was one vehicle parked in the driveway and one parked on the grass we thought the house was booked twice come to find out the neighbors were parked there. After getting settled we tried to start the grill, When we opened it we noticed it was filthy and have no propane we had to drive around for an hour looking for a propane tank the oven was also really dirty and the pool as well (the pool water was really dirty “green”) we weren’t able to use the pool for two days till the pool guy came out. The house was very nice but could use a lot more maintenance and more supervision.
