House, property and location fantastic. Check in process less so

Very clean, large, great location and amenities at the resort were great. Clean and very comfy beds. We had issues with check in - our names weren’t on the list to the gate and it took 2/3hs to fix and my in laws were not able to get into the resort. Should have been resolved faster. Also my wife sent multiple emails to ask about type of stroller at the property and never heard back so we ended up needing bringing our own. Easy things to fix I would think but the property itself and the resort I’d highly recommend

The photos do not do this place any justice. It has been painted which looks very nice. Overall i would give it a great review. The location was great. Easy walk to the club house. The down side is the overall the place was clean. However dishes in cabinets were dirty and greasy and the floors appeared clean, however after we arrive and walking around in our bare feet, our feet were dirty. This is no reflection on the owner, this has to do with the cleaning crew. Certain things were broken…… Both sliding doors would not lock, the shower head in master bathroom was broke. Just little things. Also had a hard time managing the TVs. I would actually stay again. There was so much space. My kids were amazed how big this place was. Besides what i mentioned above, did not really affect my stay. I would give this a high rating 4.8/5. I would recommend this property. The minor things just need to be repaired.
