*** Barbecue / Grill is charged an extra fee of U$65.00 + taxes per stay and it is included one propane tank and final cleaning – If the house has one, it needs to be requested preferably before check in date.

*** Pool / Spa Heat is charged an extra fee of $30.00 + taxes per night and it must be for the entire stay – If applicable, it needs to be requested 2 days before check in date.

*** Please, note the Spa is not a jacuzzi or hot tub. The pool and the spa will be heated at same temperature if the heat is turned on.

***The resorts quiet hours are between 9PM-9AM
