great property, water pressure very low, have never paid for parking at a holiday inn express
The staff at the front desk was not very helpful. I needed extra towels because the room on had enough for 2 guest and there were 4 guest in my room. I asked the lady for more towels and she said that she didn’t have any at the desk, they were on the floors but house keeping wasn’t in yet. This was at about 9am on Wednesday morning. Not accommodating at all, she didn’t try to find towels or offer to send them up once house keeping arrived. She was pretty dismissive.
All was good. We did find a roach thou in the restroom. We addressed it and hopefully taken care of. Hotel was for most part very clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent
Breakfast options were great. A few burnt items. Beds were uncomfortable. Pool was awesome. The additional “parking cost” per day is ridiculous.
I like breakfast don't like the elevator because waited to long.

The property was good. Once you arrive they said, i have to charge your extra for other amenities what they are offering. These were like parking and other charges. You would expect them to be covered especially when you are in a suburb which was annoying. Even the front staff were not friendly enough.
There was mold in the bathroom as well as in the swing pool. The desktops were not working . I had to go to the hotel next door to send some emails .
The hotel location was perfect for us, closed to everything we wanted. My kids love the complimentary breakfast. As the bonus, housekeeper came in and cleaned our room daily.
The property is clean and looks like it went through a renovation. Area is accessible to Disney and Universal, beautiful area for morning walk/run. I rated staff as ok for two interactions I had with them. One of it was we came back to the hotel in the evening with no housekeeping done(a day before checkout), when we called front desk the only response is ‘its weird, there s nothing that can be done now’. It rained the day before making us leave all towels wet and on the floor in anticipation of being replaced. I felt like the staff don’t care much to the trial end of the stay.
Hot water wasn’t working well. Staff told me to microwave water and take a shower. Ridiculous and unprofessional staff. Talking on the phone (private) even though customer was in front of her. Never coming back to this hotel. Wouldn’t recommend.
Great place to stay ! Room really nice, the only problem was the Air Conditioning noise on the room. Nice place, will stay again no problem.
I liked my view. Was beautiful. My only suggestion is you will need to rent a car while staying there. Or you will need to take an Uber. They do not have a restaurant inside the hotel. They have a store for snacks. Complimentary breakfast was great TO ME! The pool area was nice. And hot tub was awesome. Oh I was told not to open the umbrellas outside because it was too windy. They would fly away. So I kept it closed. I was not to far from Sea World. They do have a shuttle that leaves from hotel to take you to different parks. But you have to look at the schedule to know when to come back on the shuttle. If not you would need to take an Uber back to hotel if you want to stay longer. I ordered my food to be delivered. On 3rd 4th and 6th floor has ice machines. I believe. Oh and on second floor is where you wash and dry ya clothes. Oh they need to sweep in there. And bring your own stuff to wash clothes with if you can. I don’t like the powder Tide. It’s $2 to wash and $2 to dry. You need your room key to enter. It takes quarters. They do have a change machine to get the quarters if you don’t have any. It takes $1 and $5 bills. There is no sugar in the iced tea. Lol. So just a few minor things for me oh and they didn’t change my sheets just made up my bed. But whatever. I’m ok with it. Overall I will give it an 8. Keep laundry room clean and please use sugar in your iced tea. If not please post it’s unsweetened.
My 5 rating is based on my expectations of a Holiday Inn Express. Only negatives, our mattress was super soft and I prefer a firm mattress. The free breakfast is very basic. We had a very nice stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Free parking was right outside the reception. It was a bit insulting to have a $25 refundable charge in case we damaged the room, but whatever. The shuttle they provide however from “Platinum Transport” I’d rate as 2. The schedule the hotel provides is inaccurate. I was surprised the shuttle wasn’t busier, but soon realized why. It has the front of a truck, inside is dull, dingy, dirty and decorated with multiple signs requesting a tip. It picks up from 5 locations so the ride to Hollywood is about 30 minutes. From there you make your own way to Epcot. The times don’t coincide with the park opening and closing. If Magic Kingdom is your destination don’t take the shuttle as it takes over an hour. The bus was late, it dropped off at Hollywood where we caught a Disney bus to a hotel, transferred from there to Magic Kingdom. We wasted 2 hours that day arriving at the park at 10:50 when it opened at 9 am.
Very clean, comfortable beds. Did not expect the bagged breakfast, couldn’t eat due to lactose intolerant.
This is my go to hotel. This is like my 5th choosing them. Always clean and renovated.
Property was very clean and a great location. Everyone working was very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet isn’t open due to covid but they have improvised and have at least 3 options a day. We noticed the Pool area and lobby being cleaned constantly. I will be coming back.
My third time here and always is good. Clean rooms.
