Most of the furniture in the apartment was old wooden furniture that the finish was coming on. The front door was filthy dirty there was nothing nice about the place. Nothing that was made me feel that you were staying in a in a nice condo.

This property is amazing! Very specious, clean, quiet, beside the pool. Many attractions within short driving distance. We really enjoyed our stay. From 1-5 stars it is a 5++++++. I would highly recommended this property and would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at this Vista Cay property. The rooms are fairly spacious, the appliances are modern and it was great having three bedrooms and three full baths. We have stayed at several different properties at Vista Cay. This was one of the better properties, we were very pleased with this unit. However, the service at the clubhouse and pool worsens every year. They hound everyone about bringing in outside food and drink or even just water bottles to the pool area. They will not even give out cups of water or ice, just so that you have to buy a $6 bottle of water and overpriced food.
