Started off real bad

Paid in full at time of reservation. Two days prior to the check-in I emailed the property manager some questions, no answer. On the day of arrival when I got to the gate of the property, the security staff and club house staff had no info about guest being at that house. After trying to reach the property manager numerous times directly ( on the phone) and back and forth with vrbo reps and club house staff. The property managers calls me directly. At this time it’s 3:20 and I have yet to get check-in directions emailed to me. Mind you check in is at 4pm. Finally around 3:40 the property manager calls me back because they have finally straighten out the confusion on their part. Once in the home it was true to the pictures. It was clean and nicely decorated and my kids n I got to enjoy our stay
