Close to major roads and clean and convenient to reach. Very pleasant staff and readily helped us out on our need to stay a little extra time.

No hot water
the water was turned off so you cannot take a shower and flush the toilet. the main elevator was not working all week that I stayed. this week I am staying at Holiday Inn Express and in the future.
Was hoping for better however the experience was unpleasant. Pros: clean and location, cons: pool and hot tub are dirty and jets don’t work. Ice machine on 4th and 3rd floor doesn’t work. Room keys take three to four swipes to work, water was completely off for multiple hours without notice from staff and couldn’t shower/use restroom until 9pm that night. Staff was only one person at desk and wasn’t educated on what they could do or not do to help guests. Overall I would not return or suggest this hotel.
The property was nice and in a nice area. Orbitz said it has a water view of the nearby lake, but I got a great view of the parking lot. The property was noisy. Lots of kids running around, then walls, and general noise. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, but the place was relatively clean. The chair in the room was stained and gross. You get what you pay for I guess.
I just want to let you know that the room is not for 5 adults. Things I was not happy about were the number of beds and the size of beds. I booked the room that says "sleeps 5" with two double beds. Thinking there would be a roller bed or couch that doesn't show in the picture. But the reality...there is no place for 5th person to sleep! I requested for one roller bed, but they said they don't have one. The size of the double beds was smaller than I thought. It's a little bigger than a twin bed but smaller than a queen size. If you have small children, you may be able to manage them, but teenage children..need a bigger bed for sure. The room is good for 2 adults or 4 small people. I think the location is good. Right next to Walmart Orem, Near I-15, and UVU. I like the hot tub, but it would be better if the temperature was set a little higher.
Generally clean. Decent fitness center. Staff used the word "unfortunately" repeatedly with guests. Ran out of much of breakfast food after just an hour. Hot tub was lukewarm.
Waited 20 min at front desk to locate reception. Called corporate. Room stained, dirty, pool ans jacuzzi out of commission, phone in room didn’t work. Wow total let down

I wish i didn't have to write this review, but I can't let it go by for others. Although staff was really nice and accommodating, the facility and managing of services was pretty low standards. Starting with room; very small, not much of privacy with the other side where the sofa bed was (we got a suit). The A/C was really loud and almost on top of the bed making it really difficult to sleep. Not even counting with the train passing by several times a day and night.. We asked for service of the room and were told there was not enough staff to do it that day, therefore scheduling for next day. Next day nobody cleaned it either. I called to get our shower fix because it was a little clogged and I was told someone will fix it. We left and no one came either. Garbage cans around and outside hotel were full and it took them days to clean them up. Breakfast was good but I had to go and remind staff to bring stuff out because there was none left (Coffee, Eggs, etc). The little market next to lobby was under stocked. I wish I could upload pictures I took to show what I mean. Finally, before I forget, the mattresses needs to be renewed. They are old and fluffy causing bad night sleep and a little muscle pain the next day.
Ice machine on 4th floor out for the entire stay. Elevator near ice machine also out. Stains on 4th floor carpet ( dog urine?).
I was told that there would be no pets on the 4th floor. However there were plenty of dogs on that floor and makes me wonder about some of the stains on the hallway carpet and puddles in the elevator. Front elevator went out of order in the middle of our stay and the ice machine on 4th floor was out of order for the entire week.
