This hotel was very clean and generally comfortable, and a good value. The staff was helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was very good with a nice selection...and the early availability was convenient for those looking for an early start to the ski day. The location, while not in the best part of the city, was convenient to the downtown events and highway access. I would certainly consider staying here again on my next trip to SLC.

The staff was nice I got there just at midnight and had a quick check in. There is a $50 deposit we had to pay but the hotel was perfect and quiet and there was a nice breakfast buffet option.

Excellent stay! This hotel is by far the best Inn I’ve ever stayed at — and I’ve stayed at them all. None compare to the quality of this one. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The bathroom has great water pressure. The staff’s attention is outstanding, and the breakfast buffet is simply amazing. The lady who looks after the guests is so kind — she does everything with such care and love. Did I mention the sauna and hot tub? Absolutely wonderful! And to top it all off, the hotel is within walking distance of downtown.

A Great Option Right Downtown

Very clean and modern hotel. Super staff - extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and sparklingly clean. Breakfast had more options than the norm. A very enjoyable stay.

Decent budget option in the downtown SLC area, a bit south of the "prime" area, and only a few block walk to the Courthouse Station train, which is in the "free" downtown area. Our room was clean, the pool, hot tub, and sauna were all very clean, and the place seems like it is well managed. When there were no pool towels, they quickly replaced them when notified. Front desk personnel were all very friendly and helpful. Parking is free, and was never a problem. The breakfast is your average to above average continental breakfast fare, powdered eggs, sausage, potatoes (undercooked), fruit, instant bacon, bagels, bread, milk, juice, etc... I was a little underwhelmed only because so many other reviews claimed breakfast was "great", which makes me wonder where they typically stay, as this is a pretty normal hotel breakfast. There are some particular room issues, like 408 has a vent in the bathroom that goes all the way to the fan from the kitchen & is very loud unless you request they turn it off. Room 402 is right next to the elevator, like you could touch it. But most rooms are perfectly fine. All in all I would stay here again.
