Very good budget hotel with clean comfortable room friendly helpful hotel staff and a solid breakfeast. Very good overall deal.

The hotel was so clean, and the staff so friendly and nice, will stay again

This is a very good hotel for the price. Very convenient to downtown and expressways. 5 min from airport. Outstanding, full breakfast included. Rooms, pool were clean and well kept.

They made the bed but didn't chage the sheets. Never had the same number of towels each day. Each clock had a different time. Frustrating.

This is one of the best. Under priced for the facilities and staff. Great hotel!

Great staffing and a nice hotel in a perfect location for my business trip

Every year we look for places to stay in Salt Lake for the week of the convention where we are exhibitors. We have stayed a quite a few different hotels, but this one was by far the best for the price. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, guest laundry, and all the in-room amenities (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker) make this a real deal. The you add a real hot breakfast and pool and hot tub! My only complaint is that the fitness room is way too small. The few machines are practically touching. I don't feel comfortable working out almost on top of a stranger.

The Hotel staff got me checked in very quickly, room was excellent!I will stay there again. The only downside was the ice machine had black specks in ice, not sure what was going on there. Also in a bad part of town to go walking around. The Breakfast Buffet was really good, probably best I have had at any Hotel!

It was good, come back from meeting and room my cleaned.

Called front desk to have housekeeping bring me towels, AN HOUR LATER STILL NO TOWELS. called again asked how come I haven’t gotten the towels, no explanation, just “we’ll send them right now”, 5 minutes later I got them. Also the beds are not so comfortable, if you barely touch them, it squeak

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location downtown! As people have mentioned, there are homeless sitting in the parking lot which I think is in part due to the free-no-password-WiFi. I suggested that they enforce a password! Fiancé and I didn’t walk out past dark. Otherwise couldn’t beat the price!

We arrived at mid nite. We asked the desk what the hours for breakfast were. We were told 6AM until 10AM. We got down at 9:40 and chafing dishes of hot food and fruit were being removed. The breakfast staff said they stopped serving at 9:30AM for breakfast. Other guests that arrived after is also had been told the same thing. One of us told the front desk and we were brought out plates of pancakes, potatoes , bacon. So moral of story is you have to speak up. Front desk was quick to respond.

They treat us all well and I stay with them all of the time when in Salt Lake. I have stayed at two other locations, but I have always like this one best.

My husband and I took a trip to Utah to attend a concert on our wedding anniversary. We are from California and felt very welcomed from the moment our airport shuttle picked us up. We were upgraded to a suite which took our breathe away. We loved that the two separate rooms had their own heating and cooling unit as well as a separate tv. The hotel staff was also kind enough to tell us the channel of the World series game as my husband was wearing a Dodger hat upon check in. The room and bed were very comfortable. I normally toss and turn at home and I literally slept like a baby in this bed. Our 2 night stay was fun and the area was very quiet. If we ever came back to downtown SLC this hotel will be our go to spot.

This is an older hotel however they did a nice job renovating it. The room is spacious. I was especially pleased with the tub insert they chose. It had plenty of places to place your shower items. My husband and I liked the cafeteria like feel of their continental breakfast. They have trays which makes it easy to carry everything. They had a nice selection of items to choose from. We were able to check in early and even received a free upgrade. When we are in the area we will stay here again.

Very average. Communication issues, television doesn't work. Get that fixed, it's locked in G Rating shows, so no news. I end up on the phone with the satellite provider getting it fixed. Just a lot of hassle the whole time.

I recently stayed here for four nights and was very impressed with the front desk personnel as well as the dining room and cleaning staff I had the chance to meet. They were very friendly and professional and always seemed to have smiles on their faces. My room was recently refurbished and was very attractively furnished and, most importantly, extremely clean. The breakfast buffet was great with ample choices, and the freshly-baked afternoon cookies was a very nice touch as well. I did not use the pool or spa but they looked to be great, and I enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio. The airport shuttle was extremely convenient. My only complaint is that I had to return home all-too-soon!

The room was very clean, stayed in a King size bed and loved the separate living room area with 2 couches, tables and extra furntiure. The double sink area was large and spotless and private bathroom area was also very clean. I used the free airport shuttle both times and the drivers were great. A few blocks from downtown and plenty of restaurant choices. Free breakfast was pretty typical, and glad to see there were free newspapers.

Wonderful in almost every way. Only small negative was that the same housekeeper opened our door twice without knocking within a thirty minute period. We learned to lock the door more securely.

Beautifully furnished, clean & comfortable LARGE rooms. Quiet and safe. Staff was attentive, pleasant & helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing!
