Convenient location Shower had a big wad of hair in the drain and evidence of mold on the walls
The property was clean and the room was clean and comfortable. The location next to the truck stop was annoying because you can hear the trucks all day and night.

First night there was an accident across the street that shut off all water to the hotel. Not the hotel's fault, but a major inconvenience nonetheless. Water was restored around 4:00AM. Second day 2 of our 4 rooms were not cleaned, even though we were out of the hotel by 830AM for the day. Our bathroom mirror looked like it had never been cleaned - lots of water spots. We didn't have shampoo in at least one of the rooms (thankfully we travel with some). Never had a full set of towels and one morning no bath mat. Worst housekeeping service I have ever experienced but I tipped every morning anyway - hoping it would get better. No luck. One night we couldn't get in one of our rooms. The front desk associate tried everything she could but eventually had to call the manager in to accomplish entry. We started trying at 10 and didn't get in until after 1:30AM. This was my brother-in-law's room and he has status with Best Western. There was AC issues whereby the person that came to check on it said that the thermostat that reads the air temperature is actually outside and not in the room! This, while unbelievable, may be true because you have 2 choices, freeze or melt! Won't be back.
Good hotel, would use again if in the area. Quiet and clean.

No. Plus when we got there it took almost an hour to check in. Nobody else checking in, just us. The clerk had no idea what to do since we booked through Orbitiz. Then she called Orbitiz and she got switched 3 times to different people. It took 30 mins and she still didn't know what to do. I finally said you see we paid and have confirmation, please give us our room and when you get your manager you can work it out. What a way to spend one minute after New Years ! Hopefully next time is better.
Clean comfortable room. No complaints. New person at the desk, but she was extremely helpful. Only 30 minutes to Beaumont (our ultimate destination, though we did not want to stay there). Only 20 minutes to Delta Downs!! Only 5 minutes to best meal we ever had at Robert's Steakhouse.
