Pros: Very clean, customer service was great. Cons: photo in the ad is a little deceptive, breakfast is a uncontrolled free for all, kids grabbing food items and putting them back, walls in the rooms are things, so you can hear your neighbors.

Staff was nice. Price was low. Expect 2-star and you'll feel everything is appropriate. I didn't use pool, it looked clean. Maybe that's why they got a 3-Star rating?

Really needs new windows as we could hear cars driving past all night and needs blackout curtains. Staff was awesome, pool was great. Would definitely stay again.

Bugs in the shower, poop left in the toilet, bathroom haven't been washed in who knows how long, lights and furniture was broken

Go anywhere else.... everything is old..... smell of death in the room

The Lemon tree staff were friendly and went beyond their duty to ensure a pleasant stay. The free continental breakfast was much better than I was expecting

What a wonderful experience we had at the Lemon Tree Hotel. All the front office staff were amazing, the best we had experienced through our whole trip through America. Very helpful & accomodating, no question or request was too much for them, they made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. We would stay there again and will be recommending the property to anyone that's heading that way.

The hotel is conveniently situated but the pictures lie! Beware, it's next to a busy street, if your on that side you probably will not sleep. The room was shabby despite some attempts to redecorate. Bathroom was horrible!!! I took pictures of how nasty it was, not the cleaning but the condition of the counters and shower. I was afraid to take a shower, the bottom especially near the drain looked like something out of a horror flick. The staff was unconcerned with any problems when I went to the front desk once or twice. I booked this hotel because I was working in the area and really wanted to get a good night's sleep instead of commuting in the morning. Huge mistake! I'm not sure if all the power went out but when I woke up because loud noise, i finally realized the upstairs guest turned on their jacuzzi tub and had it running for an hour, it sounded like a jet plane was above me. I rolled over to go back to sleep and saw the clock said 7:30 am! I jumped up in a panic & turned my phone on to text my client id be late. After checking my cell I saw that it 12am! Angry, i tried to go back to sleep but was already wide awake things to the Jet Plane upstairs. Frustrated, I had to make a coffee run to McDonalds at 3am becausethe room coffee was non-existent. Tired, I Showed up for breakfast at 7 a.m., which is really late at a hotel anyways. Basic coffee no decent creamer. By 7:30 she finally put a few minimal, stale carbohydrates, Nothing fresh. Excellent staff. I hate writing reviews but I was surprised. We had a company trip and didn't want to stay deep in Anaheim so this worked perfectly.

Didn't care for the surprise 100 buck deposit for the room that I have to wait 7days to have return to my card but overall great stay very comfortable room

Over all is good in like it because it have 3 bed for big family or group

Dirty not worth it for the price compare it to a cheap run down motel.

We stayed 2 nights this week. The bed was exceptionally hard - no comfort at all. The night host was unhelpfull. When we asked if he would setup a shuttle for us to the airport he wouldn't do it. Every hotel I have ever stayed at this was part of the service. He didn't seem to have any sort of people skills, bit on the rude side. The walls are paper thin. If you expect to sleep in past 6am you're out of luck. Anyone who moves above you or to either side of you sounds like they are in your room. Every door sounds as though it's being slammed. On our last day the cleaning lady started tapping on our door at 9am, checkout is 11. If it was only $30 a night I would find the value.

Only complaint is the bed was too too hard ! Other than that I enjoyed my stay in at the hotel.

The picture make this hotel look nice, but upon arrival it had old ran down facility with minimal conviences. The room was clean but old and worn with 1 bathroom for a 2 room suite with the hardest king size bed I have ever laid on. Second room has queen beds softer but no door for privacy. There was a mini kitchenette no utensils or cups, and 1 trash can in bathroom not in each room. There breakfast was sad with frozen half thawed danished, lego waffle, and 3 types of cereal. The last straw was trying to print a boarding pass easy at any hotel, but here there is not guest computer or printer. The hotel smelled old and like cats. I wouldnt recommend this hotel for the amount i paid i could have stayed somewhere nicer. The 2 rooms brought me in i was traveling with 2 teen girls and my husband. Over priced run down

Decided to book this hotel at the last minute so we didn't have to drive to Disneyland in the morning and it was rather disappointing. In a really bad area, more like a MOTEL! Beds were hard as a rock, no elevators, bath tub slippery, heard the street noise all night, and it is really outdated. I booked it for the price, number of beds, free breakfast, and shuttle. Breakfast consisted of cereal and we didn't even want to chance the shuttle so we just drove ourselves to Disneyland. Wouldn't recommend this MOTEL.

Very convenient. Good location. Some nice upgrades to this older model hotel

Hotel was a clean basic hotel it also offered continental breakfast in the morning which just ok. The shuttle bus made it very easy to visit Disneyland

I have stayed in old rooms before with no problems but this one looked really old and dirty. Carpet, furniture, bathroom, tub, vanities and mattress all seemed to be from the 60's. In dire need of a makeover. My wife and I woke up with back pain from the mattress. It was a little too far of a drive back to Disneyland especially in morning traffic. Should've spent the extra money for something updated and closer to the park.

I have stayed there several times, always pleasurable.

We are working diligently and have addressed the issues that were pointed from your experience with our Housekeeping and Maintenance team to further improve the quality and condition of our rooms. We regularly provide housekeeping service daily on all of our guests staying for more than one day. On some situations, our housekeepers will find a “Do not Disturb Sign” up on the middle of the day and this would be interpreted from the hotel’s perspective that you wish to defer any cleaning service or replenishment done to your room on a particular day. Shower drain, bad lighting Cant see well but bath counter

While most major credit cards used for incidental deposit will be released from 1-2 business days, debit cards will take longer time to process in adherence to varying banking policies and account clearing house processing times.
