Hotels in Opa-Locka

"The room and resort itself is amazing. The staff is very consistent and friendly. The hotel is a bit pricey so be prepared to spend but everything was honestly worth it. The beach was great and it was easily accessible. The pool is really nice, I loved the day club. "

"I requested a room upgrade PRIOR to arriving at the hotel. In fact, Expedia contacted me inquire if I would like to upgrade my room and I therefore I completed the request to do so. When I checked in, I inquired again about the upgrade and was told “the oceanfront rooms need to be inspected by a supervisor before you can see them and we don’t have any ready at this time”. I was told this in several occasions. Finally, the night before my last night, someone knocks on the door to show us the room. I do understand that upgrades are provided based on availability, however saying you don’t have a room inspected is complete nonsense and is very different than the rooms not being available because they are occupied by other guests. Aside from that and the fact that you have to rent a refrigerator, the hotel was great."

"Whole Foods right across the street was very convenient. My room service was 10/10. Nydia and Elaidys were very kind, helpful, and always left my room very clean and put together. If anyone should get a raise it should be them!! They took the time to make sure everything was spotless:)) Also the door men were very kind and made sure I didn’t touch the door "
