When i received the key to the first room , i walked in and immediately heard the toliet running and saw it spinning. The tub looked very dirty. I went downstairs to let the manager know and she said she would send someone. We waited a little while and decided to go back and request another room. I was given another room. The bedding had some stains , there was a exposed wire hanging out the air conditioner. The tv stand was covered in a thick dust. And the hallways and rooms smelt like chemicals.

Gym had no water and was dirty, I had food to warm up in microwave but no utensils available. Room had no iron and no hair dryer and when we called to ask for more towels since they didn’t clean the room they said they had not enough staff to bring towel. Definitely I would not go back

Was quite surprised that there was a $15.00 a day parking fee. That wasn't expected and neither was the $100. incidental fee. Even though it was refundable after our stay BUT that takes time to go back on my card. I don't think I was the only one that was surprised by the extras. Was also surprised at the $16.00 breakfast charge per guest and the breakfast wasn't edible. Accessibility to the building for elderly or handicap was not acceptable. I can walk but not well. I have a hard time climbing stairs and there were no ramps going in or out. I made myself do it but it was really hard for me. Staff was great. Very friendly. These issues do not lie with them it is with the hotel itself.

Staff was great but the hotel is extremely old and the pictures online must be from twenty years ago. Very old building, old amenities, our toilet didn’t flush and the hallways have some incredibly bad smells. Room was fairly clean give the age and state of the hotel.

Front desk staff were cordial & tried to help with no hot water complaint. Property was outdated. We were given rooms on 6th floor via telephone prior to arrival. Upon arrival the 2 reserved rooms were not available & they attempted to put us on different floors. Finally we were give rooms on the same floor. No complimentary breakfast & parking is too expensive. $15 for each night.

Comfortable and convenient
The hotel served the purpose of a place to stay close by the event we were attending. One problem we had was the air conditioning wasn't working when we first arrived but when we returned it had been fixed. Overall a very nice stay.

To start the beds were on casters and the wheels didn’t lock. So my bed literally rolled around all night. The water pressure in the shower was so bad I could barely even use it. The room itself was dated and just gross. I will never be back at the hotel again.
